The robot works great for removing dust and/or sand and leaves and bugs and all kinds of debris. For "mud" I don't know the answer to that one since I have not actually put it to the test for mud.
Hello, how its work on pool steps?
Hi Dan! It does "OK" on our pool steps. This unit is wider than our steps, so there isn't room to get both treads on to the flat surface of the steps, so it's not able to actually work the steps and scrub them. However, it is able to go up, over, and around the steps without getting stuck or hung-up. We've been using it for over a week now and we're really happy with it. Our pool has never looked better.
