vee, I am a newer subscriber. I lost my dad 5 months ago- grief and mourning are such hard and complex emotions. I want you to remember to always be kind to yourself and do NOT rush getting back into a routine. I tried that and it just caused me to burn out. Just remember to be gentle with yourself
