Must feel nice cleaning up your property after being a Marvin’s for so long. What about attaching your screen to the bottom of the grapple? Anyway ya do it it’s a pain till ya get to the larger piles. Take care👍
Getting the little pieces are hard. As you found out, picking by hand is about the only way. Depending on what space you have, I would be tempted to dig a hole, just bury it all and let it rot over the coming years.
@@simpsonstractorworks4263 I was thinking you could hit the pile first with the grapple and then use the rake to get the stuff that fell through the grapple with the rake. If nothing else you can possibly drag it close to the burn pile to then chunk it in by hand like you were doing. That would save you from having to switch from the grapple to your bucket at least.
Nice job.
Thank you! Piles getting smaller everyday.

I thought about it, but I’m able to care more in the bucket making for less trips…and I need the exercise!

I do have a spot on the other side of the yard, but it would be a lot of long trips.
You need to get you a root rake
Would your landscape rake work with the small chunks of wood, or would dirt still be an issue?
Rake is still over at Marvin’s, but I don’t think it would work to well. To many bigger chunks mixed in with the smaller ones.
