I don't like how you change all the wall materials to air space. Can't do that

This is a bad way.
Never make a separate 2d section.
Adjust the 3d section well and add 2d elements if necessary.

I believe as an architect you might want your drawings to be in a certain way and if archicad can't give that to you, you have to find another alternative. Just saying.
