How do I create concrete fascia in Archicad 16. The reason for my question is that I can't see the complex profile under option

Sorry about that, i think complex profile wasn't integrated in archicad 16, I'll suggest you download a higher version of Archicad, maybe like archicad 24 from the official website, I'm sure of complex profile integration in archicad 24.
