- In this tutorial, you'll learn how to make awesome liquid transitions and title scenes for your videos in Canva. We'll be using premium features in order to create these transitions, which means you'll need a Canva Pro account to access these elements with no extra cost (otherwise, if you have a Canva Free account, you will have to pay a fee to download your design; you could also try Canva Pro for free if you'd like - see link below). I am editing a video with music and I am adding the transition but the transitions make the music stop and then once the transition is over the music comes back in until the next transition. Please help!

Hey, I have an issue with canva and I’m not sure if it’s from me or the platform itself.
When I add transitions, it doesn’t actually show in the recording when I download it.
It shows when I present it, but otherwise I can’t actually download it and see the transitions.

Great tutorial. One question on the transition videos - any way to change the color of the transitions? So for instance if I like the green liquid transition you used first, but want it to appear in blue, is there a way to modify it? Or maybe planned for the future?

This one is an animation we added with Adobe After Effects. There might be similar animations in Canva now ;)
Hi, when I create a new video (in 1920 x 1080 format), then I have a play button and the "play head" in the timeline (story viewer). But if I change the format ( pro feature), for example to 1080 x 2340 then that disappears, why? and how do I get that back?

you'll only see the video timeline in Canva's video document types (the ones you can access via the "Video" button in the header on the Canva Homepage).
This was great! I'm currently working on title screen for videos for my Instagram. Did you do the entire video in Canva or just the introduction?
For this video, I just edited the intro in Canva, the rest with Adobe Premiere 🥰

I recently saw someone made a sword or knife shape as a frame - is there an option or future possibility of us being able to use anything and turn it into a frame? I use to do this on Adobe Photoshop because of the layering and clipping to do the so called framing

That’s not possible at the moment with Canva. Hopefully in the near future 🤞💙

No, we don't have a video showing that ... mostly because it can't be done in Canva. We use a green screen and Premiere Pro to do that.
Does it mean the transitions that appear to show the original page while the transition is flowing through are not done in Canva? For example, check at time = 26 seconds, which looks different from the Canva transitions you’re teaching here. Thanks
Yes, we create some of our transitions in another software 😉

You can always turn on automatic captions on our content in CZcams. Use the “CC” button.
@@TeamRonDi The CC button is not highlighted in your video like other buttons. When I bring my mouse on it then it shows subtitles/ closed captions unavailable.

I have a question. tonight I created my first "How to edit a video" tutorial in Canva. I used a video of rain, sound and music. However when my video was completed there was no sound other than my voice. What can I do to make sure that the computer sound is also included in my tutorial videos? Congrats on creating your first tutorial. You need to make sure your system allows you to record your computer audio. Depending on what software you use, you’ll have that option.
Regarding the affiliate link on screen, we do that in post production with Premiere Pro.
Did you use canva to record the main video or another video recording software
No, we don't use Canva to record nor edit our videos. We use Premiere Pro for that.
