I fileyed one today and it is a pain in the butt. But since you took a life you must try to get out as mouch meat of it as possible i made 4 fielts (2 belly, two back) out of it and i have never been so precise with that stuff as i was with that kind of fish. The taste is worth it though. That fish is delicious. And the blue bones that the fish has are almost alienlike
