I went into this game with zero expectations, and very sneakily got completely sucked in. I hope you enjoy this series and I'll share my thoughts on this vs Satisfactory later this week!
Meanwhile: Please do all the liking & subscribing stuff if you want to help me out!
As someone that followed your DSP beginner series can't wait to see what you will end up doing with this one , is quite unique approach to factory / automation , especially since is entirely underground , i think.
Thank for the sneak peak TDA. The storytelling is giving me flashbacks to subnautica 1 (the voice log thing), as well as Subnautica 2 (the person in a cube thing) and portal 2 (wheatley). Not complaining it's my favorite style of voice acting in games. Blending it up with some factory automation looks really appealing.
Saw this advertised one reddit few weeks back, it went straight on my wishlist
Woah, thanks TDA, that was interesting. Watched your entire guide for DSP and I'm eager to see you beat this fancy daughter of Satisfactory and Factorio!
I am saving this video for after Tuesday and I have had time to play the game for myself. I have done my best so far to not spoil anything, but I enjoy your content so I will definitely return to this later.
See you in a few days then :)
A best of breed approach to the design, voice and direction like Ship Breaker, production is very Minecraft, magic ovens. Underground terrain and FPS like Deeprock without all the font glyphs. Plant life underground is questionable but what is funner than running through the jungle of Satisfactory!
Scanning and logs is similar to Subnautica. Too bad it is a little over powered for my laptop😫😫
Very good, going to try it out.
the crafting UI and its feature reminds me of DSP!
Very much looking forward to this game release
Would you mind turning down the FOV? Everything above FOV 90 makes me an many others motion sick in a matter of seconds
I'm a few episodes ahead with recording, but i'll check it out! The default settings were completely bugged (set to 10 times max value somehow) so this might still be a bit higher than intended.
FOV never bothers me (as I simply don't notice), so I appreciate the feedback!
@@TheDutchActuary Thank you!!
Is it any good for casuals or requires 10000 of hours to accomplish anything reasonable?
So far it's far more casual friendly than let's say, Satisfactory.
