I had made a similar animation withthe hand rig but the circular joints became evident when i added the shadow layer. Precomping each finger is a smart hack that i didnt htink of. Really good animation and video! Cheers!

​@@motionnerds i don't really get how did you do the line bend in finger joints... is this a separate part or did you mesh it together somehow while applying other textures?

@@piemaria_ All the lines over the fingers are shape layer strokes that drawn over in every finger part , if you open up the project file you will get a more clear view
