Side 1 of the disc you see in the video above, issued on the Angel label in the early 1960s.
According to the program notes on the LP jacket: "The importance of the piano part in a song is shown, how it paints pictures, tells stories, evokes moods. And some of the problems are discussed -- with point and wit -- such as balance and transposition. Among Lieder used as examples are Schubert's Wohin, Auf dem Wasser zu Singen, Der Lindenbaum, Das Wandern, Wanderers Nachtlied, Tränenregen, Frühlingstraum, Die Allmacht, Im Frühling, Der Einsame and Erlkönig, and Brahms' Vergebliches Ständchen and Der Schmied."
The LP serial number is 35262.
Images are from the LP jacket (front and reverse) and the record label.

Gerald was a very kind man. I first met him in Munich when I turned pages for him in a recital with Victoria Los Angels. He often asked me again, and now and then would listen to me when I was preparing for a recital. I felt it a great honour when he asked me again for his farewell recital. The next day I received a gift parcel from Harrods containing two bottles of rare whiskies!

Thanks, this is a gem! It shows the source of what made him such a wonderful accompanyist.

What a nice recording. I have always loved Moore's work with DF-D. MY first recording I ever
owned of them was Die Shone Mullerin. I still listen it often.

26:48 to the end is the best discussion of musical phrasing I've ever heard.

What a superb teacher, and the best accompanist ever say I ( supporters of Rupp and, of course, Ivor Newton, would disagree!) Thank you so much for posting!)
