We have now confirmed that the satyrs were worshiping chronos and that is what the ritual they were trying to perform in the temple of styx was about. However zagreus a God who had powers tied to rebirth revitalization after dying and blood started charging through the place wielding weapons that were being upgraded with Titan blood. So while their rituals were being stopped they got a new idea to eventually steal Zagreus armory of fully upgraded arms and used the titan magic and essence charged in them to revitalize chronos. It also feels like it could potentially have been a punishment by the fates upon the House of Hades for zagreus getting reincarnated against their will but I doubt that they would put themselves in a position where they wouldn't be in control unless they also foresaw that they would be rescued.

None of the examples you gave represent inherent unjust acts, and even if those things you said were bad, Chronos clearly has no intention of being "better" than Hades, as evidenced by his allowance of the dead to roam the surface.
