same video but with descently veigar build ... veigar not with riftmaker in HP build ???? Non sense Archangel and Luden .... Is very better for this build rift maker ... And for mana Rod of ages is very better (recover mana when receive damage and heal a little hp.when cause damage) , but veigar need a defensive item Like a Frozen heart to reduce massive damage received (stacking with hp build ) or constant itens instead useless itens of mini burst (like Dot of Torch or Dot of liandry ) Or a Control item like rilay to poke Sion or scape item like shurelya ... But Hp build without riftmaker , sounds as noob so much ... Loss tons of damage (like sion without Hydra or New item)
