Next drink I get is Trenta cocoa cold brew no mocha shot add one expresso shot. Extra cinnamon dolce sprinkles, extra barista coco powder, Xtra cinn powder, extra cinnmon almond milk extra dark cocoa almond milk foam, 4 splenda, 7 pumps SF cinn dolce, 7 pumps SF vanilla ,extra splash almond milk both tastes amazing both extremely low sugar consumption under 5grams.
I was diagnosed with diabetes 6 years ago and I seriously miss my chai tea lattes. I used to get one from Starbucks at least every other day. They are loaded with sugar though. So I sometimes buy concentrated unsweetened chai tea from Sprouts and mix with unsweetened almond milk. Its zero carbs and then I add monk fruit and stevia to sweeten it. Still very good but without the sugar. :)

Refreshers have green coffee extract in them, and you’d need the dragon fruit to get the colour right. I learned that the hard way when I tried ordering that drink without the fruit chunks and it looked completely different.
Directions on successful refresher: 1. buy strawberries, lemonade, mango juice, and get ice out 2. Get in the car and drive to Starbucks and buy a refresher 😂😂😂

I already made the chia tea with almond milk before this video and it was amazing! But if you try this recipe i would recommend adding a little more tea than almond milk and also the chia tea that comes in a carton has a lot of flavors so i would recommend trying all
