    Sir , i am stucked in my house due to some personal issues , i train alone everyday , my goal is to improve in every aspects like passing first touch ballcontrol etc I mainly do works like wall juggling passing and some ball mastery . Now I play mainly Street football but I don't get progress from training, i feel like my game is going down . I am a centre back , can you help me to make a training plan?sometimes i make delay in passing even though when I see a player i take one more second for passing not quick enough.

      Even if your not seeing improvement right now bro don’t stop keep working have faith in the process I guarantee you are getting better just not in a big scale for now. It’s like you know when people quit working out because they don’t see themselves losing weight quickly. Stay disciplined
