The "putting me in a solo instance" and "reserving server" is an endwalker launch classic of "suffering from success"
As in there are too many people queuing and not enough instance servers for all of them
Ngl i play with latency and knowing that theres a chance to get a "pity" lobby gives me some hope for actual enjoyment and a slim chance to get the 100 wins title
1st day i got that three times and one of them i lost because i was very very very bad :D
I noticed the solo instance bug happened in Leap of Faith consistently if you que immediately as its available.
Maybe its a left over bug from it.

Solo instances already happened in cactuar climbing. I am guessing it is the same bug here.

As someone who played FG the week it released on console, this event has been the bane of my existence. But I need the emote aaaaaAAAAAAAA
I got a solo instance before I could do the crystal delivery one and didn't get a free win. 😔
I hope to get a pity win too but at least i won once and that is good enough of an achievement LOL
I went to dynamis once the servers got really busy, helped avoid the instance issues.
