Awesome video, while I was installing Ciro bag blades a friend installed this taillight. I have more respect for his work helping me, like you said not hard just takes time. No lift here just a gravel driveway on the jiffy stand. You will get a lot of comments as it really completes the back of the bike. Thank again
Hey Jeff...been there buddy. I still use my jacks quite a bit and man my old back lets me know it too. Hurts for days after laying on the ground lol. I dont know how many of those refelctors Ive pulled by just laying in the gravel or on the concrete and reaching up in there and taking those 2 bolts out lol

Installed this last week I used a 5gal propane tank to do the bend in the license plate but the way you did it also works nice.

Hey Nick...cool man...pretty easy fix on the 14 up bikes...installed some load caps on the older bikes and its not too bad but not as easy as running the hazards lol

Great content. I love the new wrapped look, and the brake/ blinker assembly matches the style of the bike.(maybe HD should take note and install it from the factory.
Yeah I agree..the old bullet or flat style blinkers are getting old...found on every HD model these days
Yo Steven I finally installed mine. It looks great and it only took me three hours in the driveway on the kickstand at midnight lol
nice! 3 hours ain't bad on a kickstand man...those 2 bolts on the plate kinda suck to get to even on a lift..I've done many "reflector removals" on kickstands...which still require you to remove the whole assembly ..glad you got it knocked out!

The fitment from Ciro3d includes 2022 Road/Street Glide ST models, which have center tail light. Not sure if these are different from older models with center tail light that you mentioned as not fit?

just bought 2020 Road Glide special, black, whats my best bet to black out all the screws that are machined
I put these on my 2019 street glide and followed your instructions for resetting the ecm for hyper flashing and it did not reset, I tried several times could it because I also put Ciro tail lights and the vertical lights on the fender?
All u need now is the ciro3d filler panel lights I have them too and WOW
Yes I like those but I cannot run with the extended fender as they dont match the lines.

I’m putting Ciro 3 Fangs on the rear of my 2020 Road glide.Is it ok to install them on the rear while I still use the stock bulbs on the front signals. Eventually I would like to do Ciro on the front signals and headlight..thx

If you raise the bike all the way up on the air ride or center stand on the lift you have way more room to work to get the old light off ! I took me to different installs to realize this !
agreed....in the video it is raised up all the way but I have 1 inch lowering blocks on there so that didnt help lol ...I cant count how many of these ive pulled that light bar off just laying on the ground with no jack just to get that reflector off ,...suuuucks!

yeah they have a few relocation kits on the market but man they are pricey. Not a fan of the price tag at all. But thats about the only way I have seen the ultras flipping the plate to under the lights.

Hey Marc...I put Vance & Hines dresser dual headers and Rush Racing Big Louie 4" slip ons on this one. I ran the rash racing pipes on my SG with cobra powerport headers for along time and loved the low end rumble before I switched to No cut out bags and custom turn down exhaust. I had no doubt what slip ons I was going with on this build ...the rush racing pipes sound awesome.

Steven Housden the filler lights mount between the bag and fender inside the fender brackets same place as compressor mounts go
@@michaelterry885 hhmm thats a touch one man...the bracket that goes in there is very thin but I dont know how much room you have to work with in there. I would call DIRTY AIR and see what they say..Im sure you are not the first to ask and maybe they have actually tried to do it. They are pretty cool and can answer your question better than i can on something like that.

I've been debating installing this Latitude with the filler and bag blades.... curious how it would work with the led strobe module like Custom Dynamics Magic Strobe....
I have it hooked up with this combo, however the bag blades, because they are sequential need to be plugged in after the strobe box...the strobe and sequential do not work together.

Thank you sir! I picked this seat up from a buddy. Its actually the 2018 Harley CVO seat with orange stitching. Ive ordered the matching backrest 2 times from HD now and both time they have came in with crooked stitching on them. Can you believe that...crooked from HD lol twice! Soooo I am on my third order now and waiting.

Steve, I already have the Ciro taillight which I didn't install. I need to just replace my plate because I ordered a personified. The little nut at the bottom, will it allow me remove the cover and plate?
yes...remove the screw and just tilt it up and off..replace your plate and put it back on. Super easy.
I have the custom dynamic magic strobe box, will this tail light work with the magic strobe?
basically the strobe is already built into this light. A magic strobe simply turns the light off and on in patterns...so if you plug this in before the magic strobe it will work like its designed and the rest of your lights will strobe. If you plug it in after it will not work correctly as its designed
Does anyone know if they make filler panel lights for advanblack extended fender. Either ciro 3D or Custom Dynamics?
There are none on thre market for the extended fencer. If you want vertical lights check out custom dynamics plasma rods...they fit between the bag and the extension.

The outside frame does hold plate in ...kinda sandwiches it...you may get creative and not use it though.
Steve, I like to be difficult man if I wanted to run this light with the Advanblack dominator fender how would I accomplish that?
yeah short answer is you cant ...this replace the dogbone style bullet blinker system on the bike now..the dominator rear fender is not drilled out for that and the wire harness cannot support this light

Im sure it would...Just follow the directions on this light...as the pro beam is the same as the hd version...shouldn't have any issues.

When I hook my latitude light into the connector for my custom dynamics bag blades. The right turn signal on the tail light doesn’t work. Any idea why?
sounds like a default light...did you try it without the CD blades just to see if it worked correctly then? Id start there and eliminate potential issues as you go...ive had a mix of ciro and CD and had no issues...it all works fof the same molex connectors so im not sure what would cause this.
SIK Baggers yea, I’ve tried just the bag blades and just the tail light. When it’s just one or the other, everything works great. But, both together and the right turn signal stops working.
Steve, after the install it leaves part of the tri bar light unplugged. Did you leave yours open or did you put something in it ?
Yes watch the part here at 2:41 and youll see there will be a foam plug that goes in there and the you put your plastic cover back on your tribar light and that holds it in. If you dont have the plastic cover just clean the light really good and stick black gorilla tape over the hole to keep water and debris out.

no unfortunately it wont work on the ultra limited without drilling new holes and the wire connections arent the same.
