  • Shows how to create a toggle on/off button when connected to a OneGauge setup with optional relays.
-To start, edit your dashboard and create a gauge. Buttons are found under the "UI" menu.
-When you edit the 'Input and Actions', you'll need to select the appropriate button number under the 'ECU Specific' section of data sources.
-You'll then create a new action as shown in the video, with the action type set as 'Toggle value on/off' and the input as the same input you selected the previous Data Source step.
-Value range should be 0 to 1, with warning level set at 0/0.5 and critical level at 0/0.8 as shown.
-You'll then need to edit the 'Look and Feel' of the gauge. Start with the 'Font and Text' section. You will need to pay attention to which 'editing level' you are on (bottom left corner).
-The 'Normal' level controls what the button looks like on the screen when the switch is OFF. So add any text, coloration, etc. that you want for when the switch is off.
-You will want to set the 'Warning' level settings to be the same as the 'Normal' settings, otherwise you will see the formatting change for a brief moment as the switch 'flips'. You see this in the video the first time I test the button, and the the text "button" appears for moment as the text goes from off to on.
-The 'Critical' level controls what the button looks like when the switch is ON. Again, customize the text, font, coloration of the button, etc.
-At the end of the video, I create a 'text gauge' that shows the value of the Button 1 input. 0 is off and 1 is on. You can add this for testing if you like, but it shouldn't be needed for your final dash.

More please... the developers don’t even have in-depth tutorials on how to create these. It’s frustrating
