Girrll, you need to see some of their concert medleys + korean awards show performances. American performances seem like child's play compared to their korean ones when it comes to production and camerawork. Like 100x times better. All that zoomed out shots and audience clips, ughh. Korean shows and award shows are the real deal!

i think BTS Room Live from their 2021 festa is a good one to react to! they basically do a medley of b-sides (including pied piper!) from each album era, so you get a snippet of the wide variety of genres they have in their discography! there are lyric translations as well if you turn on closed captions :)

@@LexListens I feel the same - but when I got into BTS, back in 2015, he was only 17 (turning 18), and I was 19 - so I got used to thinking of him as a kid, a really sweet, innocent boy…Which he was, no question 🤷♂️ But he grew up, and shocked the hell outa me - it started with Fake Love, then we had 5th Muster (Dimple and Pied Piper 😳), and it’s all been downhill since then - Jungkook is absolutely beautiful, with a breathtaking smile, an incredible voice, the sweetest heart - and a spectacularly strong, sculpted physique (so kill me for stating facts 😇). 😂😂 Oh, and Namjoon has been working out…🙈 And so have Yoongi, and Jimin 🥰💜

I'm OT7, but the ones that make my heart smile the most are Jimin for his breathtaking dance and Yoongi for his innocent face/smile that can spit fire like no other!! I love Yoongi for his fearless show of vulnerability and his innocent smile always makes me smile BIG, even if I've been crying!! However I love all of them equally as they are all extremely talented in their own unique ways. Their interactions with eachother, with their audience, with ARMY always make me love, admire and respect them more!! I truly believe that BTS is what this world needs to become a better place!!

The last performance of butter was their first live performance in the US since the COVID pandemic & girl let me tell you I was there live and it was literally INSANE!! The energy in the room was astronomical! Filled with Army and it felt like being home around people that all love & support BTS. So incredibly proud of the boys that night. They won all three awards that they were nominated for including Artist of the Year, the first foreign Asian to win that ever!! 💜💜
Fun fact - the way you react to Jimin's soaring tones during Pied Piper is pretty much how I react when JK does that head-tilt, over-his-shoulder glance that hits me right in the FEEEELS as he sings "See how it's sweet..."

I’m really enjoying your reactions. All of us already in the rabbit hole always want to see others join us here. ARMYs are really nice people, willing to share our boys with everyone. Your response to them is very typical. You get a taste and suddenly you just want more and more of them. Jimin was my initial bias but now I really love them all. I love the way they love each other, can appreciate each other’s talents without ego or jealousy getting in the way, and I think that’s one of the reasons people are drawn in deeper. Most of us can’t imagine having friends like the friendship BTS shares. But they truly love ARMY, and often say that without ARMY, there is no BTS. This isn’t anything like the typical star/fan relationship. BTS and ARMY have a symbiotic relationship. We’ve all been where you are. I’m in my 60’s and that’s not uncommon in ARMY. I saw them at their recent LA concerts and met so many others of all different ages and even from outside of the U.S. BTS has so much content. It will be fun watching you react to more of it. 💜
I’m 62 great grandmother, a NEW ARMY in Feb. 2021, saw TWO of SO-FI concerts, (can barely remember the PAIN & AGONY of that whole experience with the stadium: NOT BTS)! Absolutely ADORE THESE PRECIOUS AND GORGEOUS YOUNG MEN!

I’m the same age as you are and I can’t even begin to imagine the pain and agony of actually making it through that whole experience without dying 🤣 Kudos to you! I guess I’ll have to be happy just watching videos. Good thing there are a lot of them!
Pamela J Barber, my 29 year old & I went. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE THESE YOUNG MEN & enjoyed the concerts but I love watching their videos almost as much. We had good seats the 1st show but it was to the side of stage. We could actually see their faces unblurred, however, they performed more for front audiences. The 2nd night was more enjoyable in that we could see the performance more straight on, however, we could see their faces except on screens, so it’s like being home viewing. My daughter was sooo excited and thrilled to be there than me. Again, I wouldn’t trade the experience of ARMY CHANTING, SINGING, CHEERING on our BTS! I’m glad I was able to go. So when they return to US, I PROMISED my 4 year old GREAT GRANDdaughter that I’d take her to the concert in D/FW area. I’m indoctrinating her & her 3 yr old brother who I’ll probably also have to take! His FAV is “FIRE” & “Chicken Noodle Soup” (the chicken car & other cars)! Her fav is “BUTTER” or “IDOL”! They’re adorable as they watch the guys and they love my daughter’s Tiny Tan collection, always asking who’s who. RM & JIMIN are Layla’s FAV & J-HOPE is LANGSTON’s. He’ll stand at the TV and fixate on him! So adorable.
I am 61 and also adore these 7 young men. I only wish I was able to go to their Concert at SoFi...I watched many fancams! She will eventually figure it! That's the Fun Part...Be well, stay safe! 💜

Go girl! I'm obsessed with Jimin too specially when he is on stage, he really takes the choreo to a whole new level, he JIMINIfy every move. Me too, started from.. Let me check what's the hype, let me know the name and now almost a year and not a single day without watching BTS, anything about BTS. I'm in love with them!
Well, Jimin and J-Hope are the main dancers, Jungkook is the lead dancer and V is on the dance line too. Jimin and J-Hope can dance insanely well, but they're different Jimin was one of the best students at the School of Arts in Busan, there he learned contemporary dance, and befere that he had also learned popping and locking dance. J-Hope in other way loarn to dance in the streets, primarily hip-hop and many more but I don´t konw the names corretely...😅
In conclusion, everyone is a good dancer, everyone has gone to practice for hours and hours a day... that's why everyone deserves admiration and love for the hard work!🥰
My English is not the best, but I wanted to explain to you about Jimin and his ability to dance...
Jimin was insanely good at the Hiphop style, too. Like Hobi that part seems to be mostly self-taught. He won competitions. There recently went an old competition vid of him viral. He actually beat an older known competitioner in that. If video and text belong together. But there was no school anywhere near him where he could learn more in this style. The Dance school taught him modern dance... for somewhere between 1 and 2 years not longer.
J-Hope - the dance leader - also had dance lessons for years and is not only self-taught. His mother worked hard to afford those for him which is one of the reason Hobi created "MAMA".

But what you said is the norm. I think someone told me that they were once blindfolded and danced together (a varity show?). They were totally insync till one of them stepped into someone else dance radius. But it was reported that till than they were fantastic. Spacing can be trouble because it is always on different length stages and that makes a difference.
Just letting you know that jhope is the dance leader but both jhope and jimin are the main dancers. Jimin is literally a professional dancer and studied contemporary dance for years before joining bts. Tbh he’s my favourite dancer too, the way his body moves is like literal water

Jimin's moves are always perfect, even in transition. It's for me the very different between Jimin/Hobi and the rest of the group. It's not for saying the others aren't good but this two are always really focus on the dance moves, even if they're not in front.

I guess everyone has their taste. Taehuyng is sucha King of live performances and stage presence/facial expressions that especially in pied piper and dimple, i cant see anyone else. But dont worry, people usually see that only after theyve been on the fandom a while. It seems like this past year, Jimin has been bringing in a lot of new fans, its just that in some cases, maybe not with you, but some cases it seems a little unfortunate that people pay attention to him on surface level, like his looks and then gets facinated by that. Jimin is the kind of personality where you realise after you get to know him that its really his personality that is his biggest asset. Jhope and V are still my biases, has been the past 6 years. 🙏❤💜
JHope did street dancing more hiphop for years and he learns the steps quickly and well, so he helps the others learn. Jimin was top of his class in modern contemporary dance, so he looks so graceful and lithe. Jimin and JHope are both great, just in different ways. Check out some of the MAMA awards shows, Jimin does a solo dance on one that is true poetry in motion. Also Black Swan. Once of the first things that amazed me about their live performances is they are even better live, their energy shines through on screen.

Jimin's dancing is amazing. I love both his and J-Hope's, J-Hope is an amazing dancer as well, but what Jimin brings is the contemporary dance. Since I was a dancer in contemporary, ballet, jazz, etc., he really stands out for me. And I love unique voices, Jimin and V both have very unique voices - as does I feel the whole rap line, but particularly Suga. Again, I love them all, but for me Jimin is my main bias because of his dance, his unique voice (I actually love his lower ranges better than his high notes, although they are beautiful, so pure, his tone is gorgeous), his stunning visuals, and his beautiful personality. I get biased wrecked by all of them all the time though. And Suga is maybe my ultimate bias because I found BTS through his solo work and his emotional rapping.
I’m a jimin bias so I definitely understand:) I do love all 7 but jimin is why I became a fan. First his dancing then I heard his voice then I came to know his adorable personality!

I think this is the first time i’ve seen a reaction to Dimble + Piped Piper where the reactor is so focused on her bias and her wrecker that there’s no mention of how this IS Jungkooks performance 🥵 😂 Though the entire vocal line is completely insane in that performance, its just something about Jungkook here that drives almost everyone wild 🙈😳

The first I watch BTS videos and became a Army I fall in love with Jimin his voice dancing and he is so funny I love all the boys but Jiminn is my bias my daily dose is watching Run BTS Run
I am hooked on their live performances!!!! To me, beling live makes it so much better because you see ALL of their emotion and crowd energy. Truly believe they are at their absolute best when they shine on stage.
There is a whole little mini concert from that Jimmy Kimmel show. It was one of the first things I saw of BTS and MIC Drop is what solidified me as ARMY. :)

Since Jin-Min are your early faves--I suggest Jimin: Filter live performance and Serendipity live performances. For Jin(my bias also, but I love them all) Epiphany and Awake live performances…and his most recent viral short song “Super Tuna”(lol). There would be a lot of contents..so take your time. I think you will also love their variety shows Run BTS and their travel show-Bon Voyage…and also their In the Soop…These shows really show their personalities.Their music is top notch and authentic because it reflects their personalities etc

jimin is known as one of the best dancers in kpop and in the world, and he also one of the main dancer with jhope so jhope is not like above him in positions. and jimin does handle most of break dances and have so many iconic solo stages that other idols cover too bc they look up to him and learn from him so yes hes an amazing performer and dancer

You are me 8 months ago...."let me check out BTS"😳. Now I'm down the rabbit hole and enjoying all kinds of great entertainment that I haven't seen in a long time. I haven't laughed so hard in my life to Run BTS episodes and ARMY edits. I had to see BTS in concert to see if they were really that talented and they exceeded my expectations. And the audience of ARMYs with the fan chant and ARMY bomb light show.....I was not ready for that in person 🥰 . I will definitely go to another concert, I just need to learn the fan chant:

Your reactions to Jimin 😂😂😂 so cute and funny. Totally understand your feelings about his dancing. And Jhope and Jimin are both equally wonderful "main" dancers there's no #1 and #2 among them. Jhope specialized in hip hop styles and Jimin started with popping and locking and then did contemporary and Korean traditional dancing so it just comes down to personal preference 😊
This live of Dimple and Pied Piper is my favorite live performance. I can't stop watching that video. You should check out them bonding in Run BTS or In The Soop, it will melt your heart and make you laugh.
J-hope is the officially designated dance/performance leader, and he and Jimin are both main dancers. J-hope has won national competitions for his dancing. Went to one of the most notable dance schools in Korea for 6 years. He didn't just learn on the streets. js

I'm so glad you reacted to Dimple and Pied Piper back-to-back 'cause I wanted to fangirl with you on these. Dimple for me is the "come here" from the vocal line and Pied Piper is just me in a trance with heart-shaped eyes following BTS like a sunflower does to the sun.
I cant believe they did you dirty by making you watch 5th muster dimple and pied piper 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 A cool thing about the stage that I'm sure you were too overwhelmed to notice. But they were on a little platform that rotated 360 degrees while they were singing and then ALSO moved up and down the stage so that everyone had a chance to see the members performing in the audience. The audience were seated in the shape of the army symbol so the stage ran right up the middle. Then the giant screens on top rotated to project to the audience that the boys were facing away from at some points. (Hope this makes sense. I'm in love with 5th muster's stage) (also, a muster is an annual celebration that bts holds to celebrate another year of bts. Festa is the celebration they hold each hear to celebrate their anniversary, I had never heard these terms before becoming army so I thought I'd let you know!) Were up to 6 musters right now 2021 Muster 'sowoozoo' being our most recent. Each has its own theme

BTS is a global phenomenon! I’m a 46 year old, metalhead for the past 35 years 😬, and I am obsessed with these kids; they are fantastic! Going off topic here, I’ve noticed your Badgers shirts/sweaters in previous videos, but the Woodman’s one almost brought a tear to my eye. I live in Puerto Rico, but lived in Madison for many years.

This was prolly one of my favorite US tv show live performances. This was literally a mini-concert of them performing their banger dance songs with a very short break in the middle. I'd imagine the producers of this show were indeed very impressed with how much of pro performers the boys were. Very few singers can keep up with this pace.

I’ve never left a comment on a CZcams video before, but in your case I just couldn’t resist.
I feel like we’re watching history in the making, there’ll never be another BTS, and we’re so fortunate to be alive during this time to enjoy their greatness as artists, performers, humanitarians, and absolutely beautiful human beings. I get as much joy out of watching them perform as I do watching them off stage in all their other content (Run, In The Soop, Bon Voyage, etc). I’ve never laughed so hard and been so emotionally touched. Their love and care for one another and for Army is something I would had thought impossible. It’s been one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed.
Have fun continuing to enjoy them as you fall deeper into the rabbit hole with all of us! And thank you again for allowing us to come along for the ride!

Been Jimin biased since day 1, but love them all...
Jimin is a contemporary dancer and considered the king of Kpop for a reason. Jhope is amazing but their dance styles are different and both incredible.
We tend to forget that Jimin learned popping and locking and hip hop first and only trained in Contemporary for a few years which is crazy because that's the style he's known for now. Girl you need to watch Jimin's iconic fancams because I've seen many top tier dancers in Kpop like Teamin,Kai, Jhope, Hyunjin, Lisa, Lee know, and basically the whole group Ateez and they're incredible dancers but No One moves like Jimin in my humble opinion. Once you watch enough of BTS performances, you'll notice that american shows have terrible camera work like focusing on audience too much especially during the dance break. and AMAs really messed up the audio cause the crowd/ARMY was very loud and they kinda wanted to silenced that but ended up messing up the audio. The audio messed up was really bad during the My Universe performance with Coldplay. idk if you noticed, for the song Pied Piper, read the lyrics during RM's verse then you'd understand what the song means and why the song kinda funny to Army. basically, they're 'roasting' Army in that song lol. They're telling Army as much as you love and obsess over us, live your life too. don't let it affects your study and work. hahaha. Also, when you said about members leaving the stage during Mic Drop, that's just part of the choreo. They don't do that all the time.

I know you already watched Ida S’s intro video, but I think you might also like “Who is BTS?” too. I feel like that gives you just a tad bit more on them. I’m reliving my own BTS journey vicariously through you, it’s so fun to watch. It cracks me up cause my biases are Jin and Jimin too, and the rest of the guys are my bias wreckers. Once you start watching Bon Voyage and Run BTS that’ll be it, you’ll be beyond help down the rabbit hole, their characters just make you love them even more. You should check out carpool Karaoke with James Corden, you have to block the video so you don’t get blocked but that’s so fun to watch. Enjoy it all! Haha, it's clear who your bias and bias wrecker are! My bias has been firmly Jungkook from the start. As a bias wrecker it started with Jimin, then RM, quickly followed by J-hope, and then V and Suga both hit me simultaneously and well, this was all in like 10 minutes, so I gave up on choosing a bias wrecker; it's all of them. 😀 😍

What does that mean? Jk has the most screen time and line time in most of the MVs and performances. He is the center and face of the group. And he’s not last on her list. She’s just being very honest and raw and saying what comes to mind first cause she’s a new army. But she has complimented jk many times even though Jin has her by the neck.

He is the most popular member by far and has the second most solo stans (which isn’t a bad thing just showing his popularity). Him not being noticed by one or two reactors ain’t the end of the world. Especially when someone like Jin or Jhope is getting attention instead. This reminds me of another situation where a reactor was being called out for ignoring jk when he literally had more solo vids of jk compared to any other member and was ignoring his own bias in order to meet the demands of jk stans. It’s okay for other members to be appreciated too. Jk is literally the most popular member so he literally gets the most attention and respect which he has earned. But this is a group so seeing other members be acknowledged shouldn’t be a big deal in fact it should be praised.

The fact that he is the most popular shows that this works. Your complaint is irrelevant when evidence literally points to the contrary. It's safe to say that Jin and Jimin are your biases. But which one is first (BIAS) second (Bias wrecker).
6 years ago I started with Jimin and eventually I became OT7 with Jimin as my ultimate bias. That is just because I keep finding myself back with Jimin's videos. He captures me with his dancing and unique voice. Plus he is such a sweet and caring person. Every member brings something equally important and impressive to the group.
J-Hope is the dance leader. He had 10 years of street dancing and competitions prior to joining BTS. He is able to learn dances the fastest and helps to teach the others, hence why he is the dance leader. Jimin was officially trained in contemporary and modern dance while attending Busan Arts Highschool. He was the top of his class. Jimin also took a variety of classes in pop/lock dance and several different martial arts. He uses all of these skills to capture our hearts.

The interesting thing about BTS performances (Live) is that no two performances are the same. BTS performed “Butter” on the Tonight Show - Jimmy Fallon on a new Bridge in S Korea. It is one of my favorites.

wow, I met them for the song PIED PIPER in a k-pop compilation (at that time I didn't listen to Korean music) and I didn't know what group it was, nor the name of the song, I caught myself deleting all of them and this song stayed on my playlist because the vibe and the melody got me. Then I found out it was from BTS and the rest is history.

* You mentioned Jin walking confidently in "Mic Drop". I just happened to rewatch their performance of "Butter" for Jimmy Fallon last night, which they did outdoors on a bridge. That whole video is just every one of them walking confidently across that bridge (with some dancing, of course). I don't know how simply walking can look so cool.
* It's okay if you prefer Jimin's dancing. My favorite dancer is V. He might not be as technically-skilled as J-hope or Jimin, but he's got this cool, relaxed vibe to him when he dances. But anyway, as you talked about Jimin and J-hope, it reminded me of a special performance video. So "Butter" has a remix that features Megan Thee Stallion and the original dance line (the 3J) did a special dance for her section. The choreography is insanely good!
* V's deep voice. Ah... You need to hear him sing a full song by himself. His very recent single, "Christmas Tree", showcases his vocal range very well. His voice is so soothing, every one of his solos outside BTS is like a warm hug.
* You talked about getting overwhelmed by Jimin's and Jin's vocals and visuals. I think you need to watch "Truth Untold" by the vocal line. Look up a stage-mix of their live performance by Kamiru, where Jin in black hair and white shirt is looking so princely.
* BTS opened the AMAs with "My Universe" with Coldplay and closed it with "Butter". In between, they snagged three awards, including Artist of the Year. In the acceptance speech, RM has beautiful words as always, but the highlight is the interaction between JK and Jin. They're so funny and genuine. And I love this version of "Butter". You can feel their joy and energy after winning that big award, and getting to perform in front of a live audience again.
* Their dance practices are so much fun to watch. Some are amazing from a technical standpoint, but others are just plain fun, like "Baepsae" or Halloween version of "Go Go" or where V can't hold back his laughter throughout the "Just One Day" (Appeal version) video. So many videos to enjoy.

From there u learn about their personalities and what they stand for. Tae is the only Bariton in the Vocal line. A singing teacher called it soulfull. But you seem to find out why he now is considered one of the handsomest men in the world our CGV.
Jimin IS one of the main dancers. Because of his education he truly is very versatile. At the beginning showing of his six pack was emberassing to him but the fan reaction led to him more and more sexy dancing for songs that needed it... like this one. I love Jimin's vocal color.
Fun Fact: RM wrote "Dimple" about his own dimples. I'm under the impression that he had to be talked into giving the song to the vocal line and wanted it for himself. 😁
