Imagine meeting this really nice girl, you fall in love, get married and then find out its Max Fosh's sister and you're going to get pranked your entire life
Doesn´t matter had sex.
That sounds like a great brother-inlaw relationship. Plus Tally seems like a great lady. Zero issues.
This is the most fr thing I've ever read

Honestly the most wholesome part of these sister videos is how she's not suspicious of him when he invites her places. That just means he hangs out with his sister a significant amount normally.
aww i didn't think of that, that's genuienly so sweet
Or she is incredibly gullible
@@bobosaurus331 She's a published author and psychotherapist, I doubt she's gullible
@@sundhaug92 i dont think that being a published author means anything here. 50 shades of grey was a twilight fan fic and im pretty sure the person who made that is a "published author". not sure about the psychotherapist part tho.
It’s all for the bit but
I like how your sister said "they even had binoculars" when you had rented a boat, hired actors, and made a fake company.

Quite the risk you took there Max. Had I lured one of my sisters to international waters only to proclaim that the whales were a lie and crime was legal, I don't think I would have made it back to shore in one piece.
well the video stopped while they was on the boat. do we know HE came back to shore?
so its legal to do the 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵 a bit

Fun fact “The act is referred to as ‘piracy’ when it occurred in international waters or outside the jurisdiction of any state, whereas it is called ‘armed robbery at sea’ when it occurred inside territorial waters or internal waters.”
So he did commits a piracy attack agains his sister on the high sea.
Max Fosh is a pirate, then! Well, tried to be.
And because the boat is stateless, *any* country can arrest Max for breaking their laws
@@Joltzis I don't know if any country but I'm pretty sure the United Kingdom since her sister is a british citizen
@@felipearenasbarryes, but if it’s classed as piracy, all countries can.
Well that and he planned all this on British soil. Even if the act itself happens somewhere else, setting up the company and luring her to the boat under false pretense together with others is conspiracy

Imagine tallys speech at max funeral for a brief moment.

😂
Your parents might legally love you more, but you need to give your Sister a legally binding 'Worlds Greatest Sister" award
And trick her into signing "World's Greatest Brother"!
E
Im sure he pays her for every video, thats prob better
In what way is she technically the greatest sister? We need to define such a claim.
he has to do a proper successful prank on her first, to make a bit of an order to follow the videos
Unfortunately transporting someone under false pretences is kidnapping and planning a crime is conspiracy, both were committed within UK territory, but I look forward to your "I surgically changed my face to escape prison" video.
Also I'm pretty sure piracy is illegal under international law
Good point! Maybe UK law even applies to the dinghy when it's carried by a bigger boat?
😂😂😂
Talk about an all time backfire lmao
it's legal if you're the government.
At this point do you think Max needs to periodically plan normal trips with his sister just to drown out the many times he has messed with her, or do you think his sister already knew something was gonna happen the moment she got the invitation, but goes anyway because the situations are always hilarious
I think he hangs out with his sister a lot hence why she is always taken off-guard whenever he pulls a prank.
massive props to douggie! Absolute legend!

I love that Tally legitimately used the "Being robbed? Just say no" strategy and it worked.
I've actually done that one successfully before. A guy tried to mug me for my shoes once, and I said no and kept walking. He yelled at me a few times, told me I was dead, all that stuff, but he didn't actually follow me. Just kept walking the other way

I said this a couple of videos ago: max's Videos are just him checking off the bucket list he made as a child
i met a guy who committed piracy once and failed to a second time
first time he and some mates were entering a boat, unwelcome to its owner but happily seen by his daughters
second time he offered denmark to enter the iraq war as an independent, but was turned down
- So you're not gonna give me that ring?
- No!
- Okay.....Fine.
The most British robbery I've ever seen.
10:34 And thats how I committed 2nd degree murder legally in international waters
This might be the most polite armed robbery I've ever seen.
I’m not a lawyer but I do believe that if this was anything but a joke you could still be tried for conspiracy to commit a armed robbery even if the robbery was technically “legal”
Also not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure committing armed robbery in international waters is simply called... piracy.
And no, that's not "technically legal" at all.
I'm not familiar with UK law, but most countries also allow themselves to prosecute a number of serious crimes of their citizens even if they happen outside of the UK to make sure people can't go unpunished due to technicalities over jurisdictions or governments unwilling (or being unable) to prosecute. There's also a pretty big chance that this dinghy was functionally still UK for the purposes of the law. And if all that failed this could also be considered piracy (although I'm also not familiar enough with international law), in which case there'd be international jurisdiction and *any* country could prosecute.
Yer under international law no where is actually lawless. It's just a question of what countries law is applied. In this case they are British, the boat was bought in Britain, it's near Britain, so Britain. It would have been more interesting if he had got a boat registered it somewhere where women who are family members have no rights and then just demand it off her under Somali law etc.
@@davedavids57assuming he went 200 miles out, and registered the boat in Somalia, it would still be illegal under international law. Of course, he probably faked this video as well.
@@redthegamer12 He might've just pranked his sister without actually thinking real armed robbery would be legal. I mean, I think politely asking "Will you give me grandma's ring" while waving an offensive statue at someone is probably not illegal in general :P
Max Fosh is the ultimate sibling, the level he takes to annoy his sister can only be respected. As the older brother myself who has a sister - I can only bow down to this man's genius
Us younger brothers look up to this man as our Messiah
this is the silliest thing I've seen in a long time, brilliant
The lengths this man goes to, to bully his sister in good fun is truly admirable, all brothers everywhere should look up to this man.
You are lucky she didn’t just “legally “ push you into the water and leave you there. Your sister is a saint and deserves a medal, let alone a ring.
The funny thing is that both of these would most likely still be illegal because even international waters have laws. I am not 100% sure about the robbery part but ending other person's live very much seems to be against some international water law.
@@nebulous962 enforcement is difficult due to jurisdiction, that’s why it needs to be an unflagged vessel. If you commit a crime on international waters that in a vessel that is flagged somewhere then you are prosecuted in that country.
@@jdenmark1287 Pretty sure any crime committed on a "stateless vessel in international waters" is considered an act of piracy and that means ANY country has the right to prosecute him for "armed robbery at sea".
@@DiffYT that might be accurate but obviously there are some issues because actual piracy off of Somali and around Indonesia has not been stopped.
Shoulda pushed HER into the sea for refusing to share 👌

Lol Max owes his sister a legitimate whale watching tour. But I suspect she might not want to go with him on one anymore
Spoiler: Legally committed *attempted* armed robbery. Also it's definitely illegal to lure someone onto international waters under false pretenses...
With an offensive weapon obviously
Conspiracy too
That dinghy was attached to that registered boat.
I think based on UN law one could say he committed piracy if you look at it as his sister being part of the crew of the dingy and Max being part of the crew of the main boat who had boarded the dingy to commit an act of illegal violence
Thats what a whale woud say.
Thanks for the Tutorial! Will definitely be use this!
"So when there is no law stopping us, what will stop me killing you!" - Tally probably
