How to replace the headlight lens BMW E90 LCI 335i 2009-2011 Permaseal

How to replace front headlight lens on BMW e90 335i with permaseal. I used a dremel, exacto knife, heat gun, flathead, and a lot of patience. This is definitely a challenging project, but probably easier than earning the $1000+ to pay someone else to do it.
This is the first step to installing a new e90 headlight lens, DTM halo rings, blacking out the chrome/chrome delete, and installing demon eyes, switchback halos, etched lens, and other customizations.
This is the hard part, the rest is easy! Use butyl tape to reseal, and it’ll be much much easier next time.

this is how not to remove headlight lens :) it can be removed without messing up the housing

On a pre-LCI sure, not on an LCI E90. You can bake the pre-LCI or e92 headlights, or use a heat gun

very useful video, I have one question, how to remove old glue or rubber from the headlight glass, do you use any chemical thing. and is it necessary to completely remove the old glue or rubber. Thanks
