I've actually been having a blast on Squad the past week. It's been quite some time, but I've had not one, not two, not three, but four matches this past week that reminded me of my first memories with the game some 2 and a half years ago. Despite my favorite servers full of new players, I've had a blast with them and leading squads teaching them as we go. They had that nice mix of doing their stuff for our team and having fun while doing so.

you gotta turn anti aliasing on in the graphics settings, the game randomly turns it off sometimes (often between rounds), just turn it back on

If you’re NA the servers still kinda suck, find a good one faster though still and the euro servers with experience are nice. Global escalation brings a new game in whenever you get a little burnt on classic squad.
@@mctoasty420 I had some decent games on Riplomacy servers for NA. 7th servers are definitely hit or miss though.

I played on the TBR server recently Lewis is a good SL although we got our balls kicked all over the map
Just a little request, can you cover ISMC2 project arbusto (a mod for Insurgency sandstorm) because it would make people aware of it. I’m not a dev or anything but I just want the mod to get some love. It’s basically a mod that adds more guns and equipment and customisation but not many people know about it so there’s a limited number of servers. If you could do just a 10 minute video in local play, it would really help out the mod. Thanks

First tried the game back in 2018 and thought it was some boring ahh battlefield clone, and uninstalled.
Booted it up like last month and iv been playing it nonstop. Seriously this game is the only game in the past few years that actually retained me for more than a few minutes.
Not even battlebit did that.

Gotta say, I was pretty much done with Squad after ICO brought the dreaded noodle arms (it had some good stuff also, but the gun whipping around was the most annoying thing for me), played some Global escalation, but the game quality was just not there. When 7.3 dropped, the things that bothered me were gone. Still it took some getting used to, but I found my love for the game again.
