Both visited the cities since 2015 kasi I attended college in Negros but my home is in CDO. Honest opinion, CDO is way progressive than BCD. BUT, BCD has a huge empty land/ sugar plantation but some of these plantation they now converted into commercialize area. Yet, CDO wala nay vacant sa downtown, sa uptown na sila ga expand. Promise, very promising kayo ang BCD once they gonna sold those sugar plantation.
Lolz downtown lang pinakita sa CDO hindi pa kasali ang uptown. Tingnan mo lang uptown nandon yung mga big projects Cebu landmasters township , SMDC, and Radisson Blu hotel.
