Happy for Iloilo city’s progress and development, Bacolod city is separated now, megaworld east is ramping up their construction ,so with Rockwell, Phinma group, and SM city which open their school brand NU at the SM city complex, I hope tuloy lang ang mga project and progress ng pinas, by the way,Boracay newcoast is progressing rapidly, May building construction na naman , good place to retire, lots of greenery I can compare the place in Cancun, Mexico

Megaworld iloilo is 92 hectares in total land area not 72 hectares they bought additional 20 hectares for future development.
