Hello Ajay, as you showed in the last example, REMOVEFILTER can not be used in SUMX because of return type. What if we use CALCULATE and inside CALCULATE we use SUMX and REMOVEFILTER.
I'll suggest please try first yourself and if you cannot find a solution then share with me your work and then I'll help you!

Where can I get the source files for practice the dax
Unfortunately, you cannot. However, you can download free databases like adventureworks DW 2019 etc from this link and start working on it: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/samples/adventureworks-install-configure?view=sql-server-ver15&tabs=ssms
Hi experts , I just publish a report for 10 users and except 1 all are able to view.
There is no role change or permission changes .
How can i trouble shoot it . Can anyone please help me with it
Did you check the user email address? Did you check whether that user has license or not? If there is RLS, did you add correctly that user email address on Power BI Service, under security on Dataset? Please check these steps.
