You don't have to worry about that. This just means you only see the first 200 rows in this window and not all rows. Once you really load the data everything will be loaded.

Have you already installed the gateway? If yes, then please make sure to start the machine where it’s installed and restart the gateway if required. Now, go to Power BI Service and go to the gateway management tab (Click on top hand right side, where admin portal options appears). There you can add a new connection and you’ll get the option.

When setting up a deployment pipeline, you must assign workspaces to it, otherwise it won't function properly. Before using any deployment pipeline, ensure that your reports are already published in the associated workspace. You can then move reports between workspaces using the deployment pipeline. Ideally, you should set up Dev, Test, and Production workspaces. Initially, publish your report to the Dev workspace. Once it's ready, use the deployment pipeline to move it from Dev to Test/Acceptance, and then to the Production workspace. Currently, you can create up to 10 stages in a deployment pipeline, depending on your needs.
