    Story- Bihar ke kisi 1 district (mool nivas) se mere Dada Ji time yani 1980 me karib, dusre district me aagye uske bad aadhar card, pan card, voter id, drivery license, each & every document ye dusre wale district se hi bana hai. But yaha land ownership nahi hai nahi apna flat ya ghar hai. Rent pr hain jis place ka sara documents hai.
    Question- What will be my permanent address? Is land ownership mandatory for permanent address? Do I get disqualified in police verification for Govt. Job? As I have each & every document is from this place but we don't have land/flat ownership.

    Sir ji i watch your many videos especially as and when required to take help or assistance which are very useful for me. Very thanks for that.
    Now i need a small assistance. I have to file a civil suit to correct the revenue record regarding share of my wife in agricultural land she purchased on 06.7.2015 but now her share had been decreased in the revenue record after consolidation which is not yet took possession in whole village as per new records, on the pretext of land acquirrd during, 1997-98 for canal.
    Now I came to know that her share is dicreased delibrately/illegally.

    Sir, this has happened in my life as well. The property owner gave me his house on rent and after six months he passed away and it is also written on the rent agreement that only the owner can remove me. Now his children have to take over the house.

      I don't think so. This is because the claimant did not suffer any loss. Rather because of his wrong understanding of the law he chose to file such cases which were not really worthy of merit. It is he who is responsible for the expenses of the litigation.

      एकदम रिट पिटीशन करने की जरूरत नहीं लगती। अगर आपके पास जय पत्र है तो उसके आधार पर पहले आप रिवेन्यू रिकॉर्ड्स करेक्ट करने की एप्लीकेशन रेवेन्यू अथॉरिटीज को देने की सोचो। अगर रेवेन्यू अथॉरिटीज कोई करेक्शन एक्शन नहीं लेती है या फिर आपकी एप्लीकेशन इलीगली रिजेक्ट करती है तो आप उसके खिलाफ जो कोई कानून रेमेडी दी हुई है वह पहले लेना अपेक्षित है। एक्जेक्टली क्या करना चाहिए यह वकील के सलाह से ही तय कीजिए।

    Respected Sir, kindly tell me deference between 7/12 Extract and Property Card and their usefulness. I have read both documents, but they show virtually identical information.

      I think 7/12 extract is about agriculture properties and property card is about urban properties.

      That's true. There are such provisions under the Maharashtra land revenue code. I do not know about the laws of the other states.

      Review petition karne ke liye Kanoon mein uplabdh jo grounds hote Hain vah astitva mein hone chahie. Tabhi review petition hogi. Yah sthiti hai ya nahin yah janne ke liye Apne vakil se Salah le.

    Sir , agr maine koi land 1998 me kisi k father se li thi stamp pr nd uski registry nhi thi but whole amount of the property was paid...nd there was no objection till 2020...though the land is in my possession but unke ek son ne wohi property kisi aur k naam registry kr di...
    What should i do ?? Any suggestions ?
    Nd one more thing,father has 3 sons jinme se ek ne kisi aur k naam registry kr di...jbki unke beech sarkari batwara bhi nhi hua h

      Very sorry to hear about the situation you are facing with the property you purchased in 1998. It sounds like a complicated and unfortunate situation that you are in.
      Firstly, remember that whatever guidance I will offer in this post may not be taken to be my final legal advice. On the basis of whatever you stated I am offering a general guidance. But I would recommend seeking legal advice from a qualified lawyer who specializes in property disputes. They will be able to assess your case and provide you with the best course of action moving forward. It is important to have the legal expertise to deal with the complex legalities involved in property matters.
      I think that, since there is no registered sale deed in your favor, you have not yet become the legal owner of the property. In such situation, you should have filed a suit for specific performance of the contract within the limitation period to establish your ownership rights.
      As the situation has now become more complicated with two of the sons of the seller already selling the property to other individuals, it is imperative for you to file a comprehensive civil suit for specific performance of the agreement. This suit should aim to enable you to acquire the registry of the sale deed in your name and also seek the cancellation of the sale deeds executed by the two sons in favor of other parties.
      Please note that this is a complex legal matter and it is essential for you to seek legal advice from a qualified advocate specializing in property disputes in the trial court. This message should not be treated as legal advice, and I strongly recommend personally contacting a legal professional to guide you through the legal processes involved in resolving this issue.
