Please understand the Honble judge saying about body language and presentation....The focus is on admission before the Honble supreme court the highest court of land meant for deciding the substantial questions of law involved in a case ....if it is SLP which is a discretionary jurisdiction where chances of admission is just 2% or less and it's the AORs extraordinary skills that can give success of admission...
In most cases AORs will not be the person who may argue , it will be the senior counsel who will do it after being briefed ...the person pleading is a busy person running between the courts ,while the judge has hectic life ..hear the matters during the day sitting throughout...go home and read the argued case for preparing the judgement read the emerging law and jurisprudence on all emerging subjects, changing technology, then come in the morning to decide on the admission or not
The litigants who lose will be very very uncharitable, make adverse comments which may disturb the minds of judges and their families... therefore the Role of AORs in justice administration system is extremely important...it's a divine duty

Excellent Sir! I watch a lots of these legal videos by Sr. Lawyers and Judges too and I get the impression that majority of lawyers in India are either incompetent or overworked hence they do not do the proper job while fighting the case of their clients. This means that as a client never leave cases to the lawyers alone and keep a hawk's eye on every document or hearing of ur case. Lawyers case ladte nahi hain, unse ladvaya jaata hai. PS: I wonder where does that leave the poor and uneducated clients.

By way of such videos a rich experience of learned legal luminaries may be percolated down to young lawyers, Law Students as well as to those who are interested in practicing law to serve the society.
