  • In 2009, The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation launched the Replenish Africa Initiative (RAIN), a US $30 million program that is on track to provide at least 2 million people across Africa with safe water by 2015 and to fund water projects in every African country. RAIN-funded projects improve sanitation and hygiene, increase productive use of water and protect watersheds.

What I like: that Coca Cola is helping restore water. What I don't like: Coca Cola is using more than they are restoring.

They need clean water. Going to the river at night isn't going to help the purification of the water that they need. Water is an essential for every living thing on Earth.
