Toks, whether he saw you or not you were going to overtake him at a junction, you are 100% at fault
I admit it wasn't a smart thing to do be to say the biker is 100% at fault is incorrect
@@thedroneguy6105not smart I think is putting it very politely… trying to overtake there when the van was indicating right is beyond idiotic.
If the rider actually paid attention to the indicator that was put on with good time for him to react then there wouldn't be a problem at all 🤣 I ride as well and I ain't stupid enough to try and filter/overtake round someone that is indicating 🤷 and no I'm not perfect on the bike either but theres some common sense
@@thedroneguy6105 the rider is an idiot. 100% their fault. No need to overtake, overtaking at a junction, failed to see the indicator, would have ended up overtaking on the hash markings if the van didnt turn. if he keeps riding like that, someone will get his organs.
@@thedroneguy6105 yes it was the car was indicating Right 100% the self entitled bikers fault.
5:34 - you have to be a certain type of stupid to overtake a car with a right indicator, especially when you do it at the moment you're reaching a junction on the right.
Also the white van just joined the road from a side road so the van driver did not have enough time to assess the traffic around him. If the cammer thinks he can drive like this, one day he's going to have a footage he will not want to share.
Typical entitled urban biker. Does nothing for biker sympathy at all, at least it wasn't at twice the speed limit.
He’s on chingford road … walthamstow .. that is a 20 mph zone, so motorbike is speeding hence blurred speedometer… tok is a tool
Total prat. I would have been hiding this footage, not posting it...
Also got to be a certain type of stupid not to check over your shoulder before turning right
9:00 the old merge in turn police. Shame it was only a can and not a house brick! 😅
9:20 need more people like the vauxhall driver standing up to the 🔔ends
Agreed, I hate people that block the filter lane in road works, it’s like people don’t understand the point in the filter and swerving out like that into another lane with no indication is pretty stupid
People see a Merge in Turn Lane sign about 1 Mile away and assume that anyone passing them sitting in a 20 minute queue is a bellend but dont realise they have to merge, in the turn and then they block that lane from everyone else using the road correctly. We arent bellends for overtaking you, we just have common sense.
I agree also.
As much as I hate littering, I agree
Facts, if people used the merge in turn correctly then there would be less traffic in those situations but no, everyone’s a damn spacka
Toks is the kind of motorcyclist that gives the rest a bad name I reckon.
......& becomes an organ-donor!
Ffs Toks, what did you expect?
Well said 👍
5:34 err Toks, what an idiot thing to say, he might have seen you, but as he was indicating to turn right into a side street, who actually cares?
Anyone with a name like 'Toks' is automatically a wanker. The fact he also blurred his speedo out, suggests he was also speeding as well as being a wanker.
How many times do i need to say it, Motorbikes should be banned outright. People like Toks think they own the road and everyone else is in the wrong.
Just ban these machines and be done with it.
it's a residential area, why are they filtering?
@@urbanracer01 you probably need to say it quite often as it's a silly idea and no one listens?
@@thomaswilliams4543 what like the banning of smoking in public spaces? Firearms being banned. All silly ideas in your opinion too i assume?
I really hate people who block others from using both lanes to use the merge in turn.
You're not alone
@@malcwhite it’s worse when people get pissy for people like us for using both lanes
Often find it's HGV drivers that do this. If they wanted people to merge sooner, they'd have put the merge point further back 😂
@@hippopotamus86 it doesn’t matter how far back the merge in turn point starts from you’ll always have sheep that will cue for ages and the brave “hero’s” that’ll block people who have common sense 🤣
Have to admit, I've given up trying to merge at roadworks . Often I was getting blocked or finding cars were driving nose to tail and refusing to allow me to merge which was just getting me angry. I don't have any problem with anyone else using merge in turn however.
9:25 is the only time I've ever condoned littering
6:25 Bet Suzie had a good ol' winge at him for stopping like that, then does the exact same 😂
Thought the same. They didn't indicate that they were stopping.
Yep, stop and half block the road/increase risk for passing traffic just to have a moan. Just tut to yourself and get on with your journey.
Suzie for CotW, move on, who do you think you are anyway, the PoPo ?
Came here for the Suzie aka Karen comments 😂 there was no need for them to stop alongside red car trying to park
Then pulls away without indicating either so actually doesn't indicate twice.
Toks tries to overtake a car that's clearly indicating right. What goes through these people's minds when they submit clips?
Well he is riding a BMW, probably thinking he is king of the road like many who drive their cars.
In Toks case, it was a wing mirror that nearly went through his mind....
@@gavinminion8515no brain cells would have been harmed.
5:27 what are you on Toks? you mean you did not see their indicators more like, they probably did not expect someone to try to overtake when they are indicating and turning right.
Also, what is the Finger up sing on the back windshield.? Is that a button the Nissan can push to call out Fanny's or was that added by the cammer? 😂
@@Shteev91 definitely a sign you can purchase to show different signs, temu special
everyone else using the merge in turn correctly, but you always get that one knob who take s it upon themself to swerve out to stop cars passing like at 9:08
I hate it when people do that its really annoying
An offence as well- trying to block comes under driving without due care.
It's the opposite. Very few are using the Merge in Turn correctly. How is the lane on the right moving much faster. Cammer should have overtaken the twat in front.
Definitely has too much money as well as he’s got a 73 reg car
No they are not using it correctly. Cammer should be overtaking instead in being in the long queue. If people obeyed the Merge in Turn there would be the same amount of vehicles in both lanes.
Last one, fair play. What a *%^
Wouldn’t usually agree with littering, but trying to deliberately ram someone off the road for absolutely no reason definitely warrants an angry response.
@@bestintheworld568 100% agree. Man, that's some loon for sure... :(
5:33 They indicated in good time, and you missed/ignored it, Toks. That was your mistake, not theirs. Terrible place to attempt an overtake anyway.
To be fair, he didn’t overtake. He was highlighting how the driver in front wasn’t being observant. He didn’t crash and he had time to observe the driver make a mistake 😎
@@Josrf007 so he deliberately made an overtake movement around someone who was obviously indicating and innocently going about their day just to prove a point? What an odd point of view you have.
@@bestintheworld568your words .rider didn’t overtake. drivers are meant to check their mirrors!! why? just in case someone is overtaking or coming through . this driver didn’t. the rider it appears held back. he also calmly laughed at the driver’s glaring misdemeanours. nothing here .. and drivers indicating in plenty of time means nothing . act upon your surroundings. indicating is not a licence to turn right regardless of what’s around you …
@@abrahamdar so all the drivers fault and the rider didn’t completely ignore an indicator while attempting to overtake at a junction while shifting the blame from his mistake onto someone else?
@@abrahamdardriver probably saw him but because toks was speeding he overtook sooner than driver thought. Not drivers fault at all. They can’t adjust for speeding when they can’t see it. When he checked it was likely clear then along goes entitled speeder biker and he’s seems to pop out of no where
5:34 Love the blurring of the speedo when he's over the speed limit.
It looks like it blurs automatically when the speed climbs to 20 as it reblurs again. Cover himself for speeding on overtakes if something happened!
And Toks 5:35 takes the gold medal for TOTW what a plonker, he likely saw you, but with an indicator on and chevron area in front didnt expect anyone would be stupid enough to try and overatke or FILTER or whatever bikers like to call their constantly reckless behaviour.
that is not filtering, Toks thinks it is classed as filtering because he is on a motorbike but its not. his attitude is terrible and if he doesnt start to reflect on it soon he will find out the hard way not to ride the way he rides.
unless he was desperate to go home for a poo then maybe its ok riding? lol
@@douglasreid699 well aware. Just seems Filtering is a word thrown around by bikers to equate to - doing whatever the fuck we want.
@@lokent6592 true but not all bikers, bad bikers use the word to justify their bad riding.
I ride a motorbike, i would not make the choices he made, most riders would not make the choices he made either.
Funny how Toks speedo is blurred out until he has to slow for the MPV turning right.
Toks I think you're a dangerous rider, overtaking, speeding and expecting everybody to kiss your arse 😡
Yeah odd that his speedometer is blurred out for a period of time isn't it...
don’t you think that’s a tad unfair?! he seems to have the calmness to respond to a driver who didn’t look in the mirror or worse, the driver didn’t care, and rider averted an accident. he calmly controlled the situation. he didn’t overtake - he was on the right side of the road. what’s all the fuss? calm down
@@abrahamdar no not unfair at all, if he did this on his test would he pass yes or no, I don't think the answer is yes, read the comments i think many would agree than disagree that he is a problem, who knows he may of obtained his licence from a cereal box 😳

@@abrahamdar driver was already positioned to the right of the lane, Toks is on the wrong side of the road trying to overtake unnecessarily, looking over shoulder is a good idea but the car did nothing wrong, most people wouldn't expect to be overtaken while they are clearly turning right while indicating to do so

Love how bikers tend to blur their speedometers now.
@@hippopotamus86 its not just bikers, recently i have noticed dash cammers blur their speed as well, usually because they are speeding into a situation to get some footage out of it to send in and trying to make themselves look innocent.
This road is 20 mph, hence he blurred it as probably double the limit that equals an instant ban.
@@SqueekyBums how sure are you? I noticed the white vehicles was about to enter a 20mph zone going by the signs. They dont usually place signs when the main road is 20mph already. I am confident the main road is a 30mph zone, but "filtering" (biker is not filtering, he is overtaking) is usually advised at 20mph or less.

@@ArminGrewe what if the left turn lane had gone green but the right hand lane still had the red light, would it still be ok to block traffic in the left lane from going because they made a 'mistake'? either way the merc should have continued with their mistake instead of pushing in and making others adjust for them.
@@michaelh7741 what if the Merc driver had done just that _IF_ the light had turned green? But it didn't. Therefore all I can see is an entitled impatient cammer who is desperate to stop at a red light for nothing. The Merc driver didn't even push in, they waited until someone let them in, which is the right and polite thing to do from both sides. Helping others to fix mistakes, which costs next to nothing, if anything at all.
@@ArminGrewe look at the section of road the merc drives over, its the hatched part of the road. Blatant pushing in. and it really doesnt matter what colour the lights are, changing lanes that late is incredible poor driving. they got lucky as the van was slowing down for the light.
9:05 I just do not understad why in the UK we cant zipper merge properly. We woudl rather be in a long queue blocking up behind us.
Everytime i watch these i play a game of who will come up most in the comments, so thank you TOKS for making me right again.
You keep riding like that and soon we wont have to worry about you on the roads again.
Hopefully TOKS has an organ-donor card on him!
Some actually defending him above like seriously. 😑 this is why I treat every driver like they are a tok because you have people like that defending him.
That first clip… please tell me you reported that to the police. They must have either been very drunk, on drugs, or having a medical episode. I don’t even think simply being distracted could explain that… after coming close to hitting pedestrians and actually hitting a traffic cone you’d think anyone that was just distracted would regain their attention right away! wtf!
Yep, was my dashcam - reported approx 2 years ago and "dealt with". Unsure what happened as a result.
Semi-conscious driver would be my guess too. Wonder how long they kept going? Clip ends abruptly.
My thoughts exactly.
damage from the safe and effective medical experiment for sure.
5:34 Toks has obviously only recently graduated from riding a bicycle.
I think that it's fair to say that the response to TOKS's clip has not gone the way that he expected.
Vauxhall driver at 09:14 is all of us.
5:33 he's indicating too. what is there you to see? fancy sending this clip in. How embarrassing
Maybe he’s highlighting safety issues for car drivers. Before turning right, stop, mirror, signal and thrn manoeuvre. Common sense. The rider had plenty of time to highlight it and even mentioned it out loud. What part did you miss?
@@Josrf007 so which part are you assuming, oh all of it , maybe you are the biker trying to defend chumpness?

I applaud that guy throwing a can at that car. It drives me mad that so many people not only dont understand that you're meant to use both lanes and merge at the end but theres these A-holes that try to block the other lane to stop people doing it correctly.
@9:00 while i dont condome throwing a can at them some one straddling two lanes and then attempting to run people off the road kinda asked for it tbh. Merge in turn works and is mesnt to be used othrwise they would have shut that lane down.
Agreed. Blocking a live lane is appalling behaviour.
Does Toks have an empty space where normal people would have a brain?
The last one was scooped out by a wing mirror.
9:05 merge in turn. Reduces congestion
Toks needs to learn that overtaking at junctions is NOT a good idea.
Highway code rule 167.
DO NOT overtake where you might come into conflict with other road users. For example
● approaching or at a road junction on either side of the road
I would LOVE to know if Suzie put on her left indicator or Hazards to "indicate her intention" when she stopped alongside the corsa to have a word.
TOKS. That is your fault. Clearly indicated plenty of time plus you’re on the wrong side of the road
Sorry but he didn’t overtake. That’s what you’re assuming he’s doing. He let the cat turn right. Are we all watching the same video?
The first clip makes the case nicely for more re tests and medical tests for drivers..scarey those people out there driving are a accident waiting to happen to anyone they come across. 😱

Toks @5:35 blames a car driver for indicating and turning right whilst overtaking
Hopefully that last clip encourages him to stop blocking a live lane of traffic
I think it did judging by how he went fully into the left lane, tail tucked firmly between his legs. I say it often and I say it again, these assholes eventually end up picking the wrong one to mess with, and today it was this ford driver's turn.

Some of the dress ( or lack thereof) codes getting into my taxi over the years, that was not particularly remarkable. Friday night stag or hen do, and you might see just about anything....
5:35 the motorcycle is 100% at fault! It's a single lane each way and he is lane-splitting to get ahead of traffic. The van had his indicator on, but TOKS couldn't be bothered to even pay attention!! Take a riding course so you won't be a menace to everyone else on the road!
I wouldn’t call that lane splitting. He’s overtaken one car at a junction and then seeking to overtake the van at the next junction, and he seems baffled why it all was going wrong. And forgotten you don’t overtake at junctions.
His only meagre defence is that two wrongs don’t make a right. And the van is supposed to check its mirror and stop if it sees something as a hazard or preventing its turn - very basic stuff that the van and most people forget why the mirror check is even a thing.
But would highly suspect any collision to be laid predominantly if not all at the biker. Everyone seems to lay 100 percent blame on every clip, then are often surprised and upset when an insurance firm shares percentages of blame - but the HwC does often have accident prevention rules for both parties.
The amount of people running red lights surley puts a strong case for red light cameras to be fitted to traffic lights.
It's not just red light runners. People have realised there's little or no enforcement of traffic laws, so they're asking themselves why they bother obeying them. The roads are descending into anarchy.
@@neiltonks4627 that's happened after years of cutting the police to the bone, so your be lucky if you see any police, or at best unmarked cars,, thats one of the reasons the police like dash cam footage for courts ect for obviously when they can't be there to witness it themselves, so yes it's a free for all on the roads sadly.
@@paul8161you would think but I have up sending dangerous driving dash cam videos as police never persuade them. Always siting it was after 48hrs of incident or not enough evidence when video clearly showing swerving driver mount curb or a car driving wrong way on dual carriage way so on so forth.

4:25… he was just in the wrong lane and inconvenienced nobody! Remember some people leave the town they were born in occasionally and don’t know the roads!
Toks, from one biker to another - don't overtake at a junction for exactly this reason. People do sudden turns and you're on an ambulance ride to A&E. How many times have you seen an indicator and a turn of the wheel at the same time? Yes, it's stupid, but it happens! Always assume they haven't seen you and they're about to do the worst.
Driver indicated in plenty of time. They didn’t actually turn off indicator from first junction exit cause they knew they would be immediately turning. Toks was speeding and purposely made that situation more dangerous. He’s the only one to blame here.
@ChaseWilder True, but the principles mentioned remain true also.
@@catfrab agreed but had he been more aware he wouldn’t of needed to even think oh junction. He should see and indicator and just automatically be cautious. Toks - if only there was some way to know if someone was about to turn right.
Why do people still not get how round abouts work and what a merge in turn is! 😡🤬
5:33 while the car should have checked their mirrors, why would you filter past someone indicating right? You dont need to have ridden a motorcycle to know that sometimes you're not always seen, so you have to do what you can do to keep yourself out if situations like that. Flitering without any consideration for what other drivers might do is just you asking to get knocked off.
Toks got his bike licence in Albania where all you have to do is show you know how to get on and off it.

When I was a kid there were public information films on tv that advised people on things like safety and correct driving protocol etc. We desperately need them back. The number of people who think you're 'pushing in' at a merge in turn is quite staggering.
@@zbf5h89ftb My reply to that is:
1) Please provide proof or evidence that I 'drive at high speed right to the front of the queue.'
2) If a lane isn't close, why shouldn't I use it? You may choose to sit and wait in a long queue of traffic in lane but but when lane 2 is open drivers are just as entitled to use it as you are to use lane 1.
3) Traffic moves at exactly the same rate no matter what lanes are used. X number of cars need to feed through the gap. It makes no difference who goes first when calculating the time it takes for traffic to pass through the pinch point.
4) Highway Code rule 134 clearly states that traffic may merge in turn at a safe speed.
5) You are not a traffic cop. You may not like people using lane 2 while you wait in lane 1 but that doesn't mean we aren't entitled to do what we are doing

@@glenn1534 The priority is that he is infront.. only if said vihicle was indicating into another lane would they not have prioty and have to wait till it's safe to change. The biker in this instance, needs to do exactly what any car would have to do, brake because the car infront is slowing down to take a turn. There is no different rule here just because he's on a bike, he is a knob head.
The last clip, the cheek of people thinking they can block the lane like you are doing something wrong for using both lanes, someone literally did this to me this evening on the way to work, he wasn't ready for me to go up the inside of him and pass him, then I intentionally slowed to let lots of cars merge infront of us just to piss him off even more

5:31 but the driver indicated right though. The biker needs to slow down and pay more attention!
5:10 - LMAO. The audacity.
9:20 When a lane closure causes queues drivers need to fit into queues to fill both lanes to the same amount. Filling one lane 50 cars longer than the alternate is the problem.
Yet if you were to ask those 50 drivers do they use the Merge in Turn they would all say yes. All talk but no action experts.
British. Queueing. DNA. Wait your turn. No pushing in. Err...that's about it.
Toks, was there a reason your speedometer kept blurring and unblurring?
I think your camera may be broken.
3:57, that wasn't a bad driver. Soon as taxi driver saw cammer, he did his best to move backwards out of the way. Even flashed cammer to say that he's got enough room to come through. That sort of situation is an almost daily occurrence to a taxi driver, and all I saw was a cabbie doing his level best to minimise the inconvenience to the cammer.
they shouldnt be stopping their in the first place though. in no way whatsoever was that an acceptable place to pull over.
@@michaelh7741 When you've driven a taxi, you'll realise that sometimes you got to make the best of a bad situation that the customer has put you in. Are you honestly saying that your parking halo is untarnished? Life is not always fair, other motorists are not always fair, customers are not always fair; do we really need armchair critics pronouncing judgement?
@@mikethecabbie8476 i can say ive never pulled over/ parked blocking the road. there was plenty of space further to the cabs left. no excuses.
@@michaelh7741 You are making the presumption that the taxi driver knew what was coming, and made a conscious choice to stop there. It's possible, but far from certain; I had so many where I was not given any options - up to and including the sh*ts who yanked on the handbrake, then smacked me across the back of the head to facilitate their legging it without paying their fare...
@@mikethecabbie8476 it doesnt matter whether something was coming or not, if you pulled over like that on your driving test it would be an fail.
5:46 - God Damn, that lucky b*stard's only gone and bought himself a 'time-machine', and gone back to 1968
If he looks through the back-window, its 1967 - and if he looks through the front-window . . . in the distance is 1969
6.55 "driver fails to communicate intentions" then Suzie does the same by stopping in the road without indicating, then double parked to say whatever we don't hear to the other driver before putting away again without an indicator 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻
First clip is Colchester road in Ipswich, Welcome to Ipswich folks!! It don't get much better believe me I live literally down the road from there 🙄 it's an everyday experience numerous times 🤷🏽🤷🏼🤷🏻
09:26 Was that an empty can of red bull by any chance?
5:35 if you ever start doing lessons to try and get your licence you will learn not to overtake at a junction
2:19 sequin should've gave way as the car opposite had no traffic to their immediate right, sequin did
Wrong - she was ahead of me when we reached the roundabout from opposite sides so we had equal right of way. If she had used the roundabout properly there would have been no problem
@MasterQuizzer If she was ahead of you when you reached the roundabout, then she'd have right of way
@@MasterQuizzer That entry is to your right.
That entry is directly ahead, not to the right, and we arrived at the same time so had equal priority.
@@MasterQuizzer If they enter the roundabout they are to your right, as they go round it, therefore you give way.
I hope Stephen’s ok. His life must’ve flashed before his eyes. I hope you don’t need counselling
5;32 you see his flashing orange light
Big giveaway as to where hes going lol
4:54 ALMOST HIT THE PEDESTRIANS 😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣
7:25 Hes got no bulkhead either, so he's got to be able to hear that? Surely?
