I love your take on an iconic dish . Maiba naman, adding textural interest and crunch. I had a taste of fried noodles what seems an era ago when gourmet dining doesn't impoverish you. The sauce tho was coconut infused with variety of seafood and herbs , a hint of lemongrass.

Para sa single busy Mom tapos busy din ang anak sa school kailangan madalian lang ng mga recipe na puede baunin namin araw2 at yun mga recipe puede mag tagal sa ref for 2 weeks😄😄😄
Sa tingin ko po, mas ok pa dn ung normal na pagkakaluto sa pancit canton, kesa sa pagprito nyo po 😅. Madigkit po kasi ang pancit canton sa ngipin dahil malutong sya then malambot kpg nasa bibig na, ung pressure ng pagkagat ang magpapadigkit ng pancit canton sa ngipin, based on my experience po nung nagtry ako magprito ng pancit canton, then nilagyan ko ng cheese powder, parang french fries lng datingan and yet masarap sya. Kudos pa dn sa paggawa ng ganyan 😊 Masarap po dyan na pangsahog ay atay and puso ng baboy 😋
