I cosplayed Aizawa as my first cosplay as Anime fest recently and everyone loved it. They kept asking me questions in character, I'd act out with them in character, just having a blast. It was fun. Soon one of my friends will be Present Mic.
Congrats on the first cosplay! I also went to a con as Aizawa recently and it was SO fun. I basically went around going up to other MHA cosplayers and asking all the 1-A kids why they weren't in class - except for Kaminari, who came up to me and dragged Shinsou with them.
That's awesome! I practically did the same thing. Every Midoria, I would say "problem child! You behaving yourself? Any broken bones today?" I made sure to interact with all MHA in character. Some even told me I was the first to do that, they loved it. I had a Shinso and Denki following me around lol. I told Shinso "I said no loud blondes, you couldn't even follow that..." while shaking my head. The funny thing is I feel like I can relate to Aizawa a lot, especially always being tired.
@@stormyczechowski3615 I didn't see Problem Child #1, but Problem Child #2 (Bakugou, because you can't convince me he doesn't have them numbered as Problem Children 1-20) said, "Shut up extra." There was a Kiri there too and they kinda of freaked, but it was super in-character and hilarious.
The first time I ran into ShinKami Denki called me Shinsou's dad and we both denied it, but then they gave in and started calling me that too (my friend took a video of me coming onstage for the cosplay contest and saying, "I'm not your dad." Guess why 🤣). The loud blonde thing definitely came up at some point. I gave in and admitted to the adoption papers before I left though. They were following me around by the end of the day, but it was hilarious how excited they and Kiri got when I told them the other was there.
I already have eyebags like you wouldn't believe, but while I was doing the scar I added a little darkness as well because, as I said to a friend, "Aizawa can never look too tired."
I completely agree with you! He's one tired dadzawa lol. There was almost the entire class 1A when I went, when we did our panel, Bakugo and Midoria were sitting next to each other. I told the crowd "it's their punishment for fighting...again" Mic was brought up and I played that off pretty well too. There were so many questions for Aizawa, they asked me who my favorite kid is, where's my husband, whose my best friend, who my least favorite kid is...the list went on. Then they asked the class some very personal questions, so each of those questions, I would say "I really don't wanna know this about my students" and bang my head on the table. One of my friends and I plan to do a Hawks and Dabi duo next.

I have the same special needs. I ended up doing what the Karen I met told me to do. Because I felt like her hight and age she had more authority, and I was afraid of getting in trouble for nothing, and I didn't wanna argue.

I'm getting a cosplay for Halloween, it's like a custom character I made up for my fake MHA scenarios in my mind when I have nothing better to do. I plan to go in public with it as much as I can, so I can battle my social anxiety, and I'm so happy to see I'm not the only one who plans to do that.

LMAO I had the same karen problem a month ago actually so me and my friend were at a theme park cosplaying as kakeguri characters and this karen came up to us and she was like "ur scaring the kids here can u like leave?" and i was like "wait so im scaring u?" as a come back then she was like "im very much an adult thank u very much" and went to go call security then the security came up to us with the karen and the security was just like "u seriously had to call me up here just for some kids in costumes?" and me and my friend just started wheezing, ignored the karen and carried on with our day

The only interaction I've had while cosplaying, was while I was steven Universe (Future version) at a roller skating rink, and some teenager just skated past me and went "I love your outfit!" and it made my confidence sky-rocket the rest of the day. And thats why i cosplay now. My current project: Mysterion and Proffessor Chaos for me and my girlfriend from south park!
