Sheesha Ma It’s okay to take breaks but what I recommend instead of taking breaks, is to slow down your movement but work during the entire time period. You might only be able to do half of what he does in that time, but you’re training your body to get used to that time under tension and slowing down your moments gives you extra time to concentrate on form. It’s like long distance running. Instead of stopping and walking , slow down and keep going so that your body builds up that endurance

Dude, i started doing this like 4 days ago, i added jumping rope and some of your other exercises and I made a list that i repeat every Day! After just 4 days my abs started showing and started to increase strengh. Also with you i am always motivated. It hurts a lot, but at the end it feels great.

I like your instrustion. Great ab workout! I have say though, that I think that not talking about flexing the mid to lower back rather than the hips. Really distinguishing spinal flexsion from hip flexion is key to reducing injuries and producing gains. Also, with the planks some ppl claspe at the shoulder or stick their elbows way in/out and compromise/injure their shoulders. You demonstrated everything really well but a lot of ppl don't realize what part of the skeleton they are flexing to strengthen their ads or how to hold their shoulders. Thank you

Been doing this 4 times now (twice a week with 4 times each) def. Seeing some real result, the main thing is i become stronger, at first i was struggling a lot esp on the 3rd replay, now i am able to keep up with the video. Also a slight change on my body, my abs become a tiny bit more visible, tighter and better shape overall. Thank you chris, my plan is to move on the next part after one more of this video, wish me luck.

Starting this January 11th 2021, let's see for how long I can keep this up.
Edit #1: 1 Week has passed, I couldn't exercise during the weekend, but it served as a rest, started strong this monday.
Edit #2: 2 Weeks into this, past Thursday and weekend couldn't train, but everything fine on the start of the week. My body is used to it by this point and since I've been doing it pretty lightly it's time to increase the intensity a bit.
Edit #3: Been doing something on and off for the last few months. Basically starting again on May 22nd 2021.
