    In Homer’s Odyssey he refers to the Danaans (Tuatha Dé Danann) as being a collective term for the Greeks. As well as that, the tale of Odysseus visiting the Island of ‘Ogygia’ is almost identical to Oisín visiting Tír na nÓg.
    Surely there is a connection here.
