It's concerning that they are yet again doubling down on the current penalty system. A lot of time it gives big penalties to the wrong driver. Compounding that by putting them in bad lobbies is going to push good drivers away.
935 was used in the SRO GT2 class when the class was brought back a few years ago. It ran alongside the 911 GT2 RS.....basically the same car with different bodywork.

I'm not gonna lie, I had some amazing racing on Forza this weekend with update 8 doing its job with penalties. On Friday, I've never seen so many ppl DQ mid race lol.
I was holding an S until Saturday night when I rear-ended someone and got dropped to A. Last night, I got a few races done, and I got my Skill points to 4k just by starting at the rear and OTing everyone that was slower than me and doing my best not touching anyone.
In all honesty on my side, it started feeling like iracing lobbies where the great majority wants to keep away and a small amount just don't care.
what they need to do is rework the FFB. I understand that most people use controllers but its super frustrating when you hit bumps and there's no FFB. switching from ACC to FM literally requires me to completely change the way that I approach driving even if I'm using the same car. I can't tell you how many times I've spun when racing at particularly LeMans because the FFB literally does not communicate changes in track surface at all.
Racing does seem to be settling down with the new changes, I'm A rating and 4600 skill and I'm seeing significantly cleaner racing, bar the odd odd incident.
Massive improvement for me, I believe in clean racing and driving respectfully.
The devs deserve recognition for the positives as well as the negatives, well done from me.
I went into the formula mazda spec series with an S rating . Since I race there primarily now, it’s had a negative effect on my safety rating. I’m often getting penalized for incidents that are not my fault . One common example is crashed cars re entering the field causing big crashes . If I’m traveling over 130 mph and a car pulls off the grass in front of me there is a very good chance that I won’t be able to avoid the crash. I don’t even bother qualifying anymore because of lap one , turn one carnage. Drivers, dive bomb, brake check, block faster cars and ignore proximity warnings . I do get deserved penalties here and there, I make mistakes and honestly I get angry sometimes and punt a driver when I think pay back is warranted. All racers have limits, but clearly there needs to be some changes to the race lobbies. Maybe Full damage is the answer ?
Bro I had a S rating in safety for 2 months straight, until two back to back races where others were ramming and I accidentally hit a player who got rammed by a dirty driver. Result is I got penalty 3 times and now b rated…. Like forreal
Raced update 8 last night. Maybe just a false impression as I was hoping/expecting it but felt like less penalties dished out for unintentional bumping. Got wiped out only once by a dirty driver and didn’t get the usual 4 second penalty for something that wasn’t my fault.
Did it seem like it tried to put you in with cleaner drivers ?
I think so, but also might need a couple more sessions to really confirm that. Certainly felt for the most part I was given just enough space by the majority when side by side racing. It was just E class though 🙂

Apart from when they added the Nordschliefe this is easily the best update so far. The best news is that T10 have finally listened and are adding some type of radar system. That alone will prevent so many racing incidents because knowing where other cars are will no longer be guesswork.
I think it's going in the right direction slowly but i have given up on multiplayer sick of getting penalty's and not even done anything wrong. also i have gone to ACC and lost in that at the moment. I will have a try though at some point in the month.
car balancing is only for the spec series.
Sir... I will stay and try Forza starting today till Saturday if this new system is going to finally keep dirty with dirty and clean hard racing with clean, hard racing.

Yea.. I fell victim of tapping and swiping...
Not a single penalty...
I had one race where I was losing my rear end in Hockenheimring as I had a car behind me, I had to apply brakes and he rear ended me, I felt like that was on me because dude was trying to over take but my AMG GT3 was not having it. I let him take the place and I got a warning for preventable collision.

I guess the Porsche GT4RS front bumper incorrect modeling just as it was in Horizon 5 will have to wait sigh 😂
It just hurts cause I love the car. Then again it took Horizon 5 itself 2 updates after its launch in that game to address said issue there.
its good to see them learning what the consumers want from the game but any good developers should know this before hand and implement it day one not 9 months post release, i fear this is to late to save forza motorsport, the damage has been done and the player base has deminished due to it, will they come back? forza need to work some magic to resurrect this game
Not sure why they are taking the KTM GT2 out of the Forza GT class but putting the 935 GT2 car in the class...they compete against each other
14GB Update..... Better be good! I assume finally fixing 3d stuff and updating cars plus everything else mentioned. And BTW we can F read LOL, no need to narrate their changelog for us LOL how about you show and test those changes in game and tell us your opinion.....

I bought it when it was on Sale at Steam. I tried all kind of fixes that i found on the net (except an fresh windows installation) but I can’t get the game to run. I’m always stuck on the loading screen. 😐
This game is cooked and cursed.
The only good thing FM did for me was get me to look for a better driving sim and then I found AC and ACC.

I play both (thanks to a mate with a PS5). Forza still feels broken, just less so. Both are great racing games but in comparison GT7 somehow feels a bit sterile. Can’t put my finger on why. Given the choice I’d rather race Forza on flat screen. However my mate also has PSVR2. GT7 in that mode is simply mind blowing & for whatever reason I’m well over a second faster in VR.
@@thomasb4002its not great stop coping. I would not buying an Xbox just to play ome game. And specially not a game that has nothing to even be excited about. Gt7 is far from perfect but its miles ahead of fm 23.
