Weldone aunty Flo. D reason u have to transfer d soup into a container immediately is so d soup remains fresh, and d vegetable doesn't darken.. And I will eat d soup wit my cabbage fufu

I will eat this ofe owerri with oatmeal fufu. I believe the reason why you transfer the soup to a cool container would be so that you do not over cook the vegetables/nutrients since the stove is still hot. The soup looks delicious 😋👌 with lots of obstacles. Thank you so much for sharing. Another classic recipe from Flo.

Great job! I’m Akwa/Cross so we don’t mix okazi with the pumpkin leaves. We use them separately in different dishes. I’m curious about the aroma. I’m sure it would definitely taste delicious! Yummy!!

This soup reminds me my favourite restaurant in Ikenegbu area in Owerri, I have been visiting each time I'm in Nigeria for many years now, my jaws always hurts because of too much stockfish and snails but price have been adding 500naira every year, last year was 4500 this year I expect 5k but its worth it,

Chika which part of the Netherlands do you live in? In Amsterdam they sell all sorts of Nigerian food ingredients, it felt like shopping in Nigeria.
