This is one of my favorites by FiR. One of the reasons Ronnie is one of my 3 favorite artists is his versatility. Please check out Carry On by Falling in Reverse. Ronnie played the piano since he was a kid. He's very good but I don't think he had classical training. Sean Rooney is playing the piano in the recordings of the reimagined songs, although I'm sure Ronnie learned how to play them.
This one came out before I'm not a Vampire Revamped. Ronnie likes to put little hints as what is to come. If you noticed at the piano he was wearing Vampire fangs. The black guy in the original version that did the cat paw gesture as he went into jail was the same guy in Im not a Vampire with the Jason mask and said he knew Ronnie back in prison they were cellies😅. The girl in the Reimagined version was the same girl from the original album cover. Ronnie is a genius with music and visuals. I cant wait for the Trilogy that is Ronnie's own journey of his Drug addiction. They must be done in order though. 1. Losing My Mind 2. Losing My Life and, 3. Drugs. ❤❤
Ronnie wrote this song to himself while in prison. Accepting the fact that his actions and decisions were the reason he was where he was at. Realizing he was his own worst enemy. The reimagined version does the lyrics justice along with his vocals. Love every one of your FIR reactions.

I absolutely love the reimagined version. It's so honest. I don't tell a lot of people but FIR and Ronnie's words helped me when I was feeling very stressed and down on myself. I'm hoping one day I can see them in concert and meet Ronnie to thank him
I watched Ronnie reacting to Rykerroad's reaction to one of his songs. They were discussing how you would know it was FIR because of Ronnie's vocals but you never knew what to expect from them. Ronnie said that is what he tries to do. He likes to switch it up so people don't get bored with his music. I see below that someone mentioned the Trilogy: Losing My Mind, Losing My Life, and Drugs. I also like to suggest Alone, Raised by Wolves, Chemical Prisoner, and Gangsta's Paradise (an actual cover of Collio's song w/ him in the video).
Ronnie wrote the songs on this album from jail. The music is vibrant and bouncy but the lyrics are dark. Definitely indicative of the genre and the times. In the reimagined version it showcases the lyric’s serious tone .

There is a live version from this reimagined one from „Live from the Unknown“ you have to look at it. His voice is crazy good and those emotions - just WOW!
I’d suggest checking out the band Bad Omens at some point (‘Death of Peace of Mind’, ‘Like a Villain’, ‘Concrete Jungle’, ‘Limits’, ‘Artificial Suicide’). Became a big rabbit hole for me when I discovered them.
When Ronnie 1st got out of Prison he wanted to build a band better than his 1st band Because they kicked him out and replaced him, But as he matuered he changed his Style to reflect the Way he felt
The reimagined and revamped are some of the best showcases for how talented Ronnie is and how much he’s grown as an artist. Glad you enjoyed them! Time for the trilogy!!!
Different kind of music but for a similar wtf will come next experience check out the solo work of Steven Wilson. Like David Bowie he keeps evolving leaving a mixed bag of excellence in his wake. Check out ‘Deform to form a star’ studio version, ‘Luminol’ live version, ‘Routine’ animated movie version, ‘Detonation’ Live, ‘personal shopper’ MV version, and ‘impossible tightrope’ MV version for a summary across 6 consecutive albums to see what I mean. Oh and if you like his work he has a band as well called Porcupine tree who IMHO are one of the best ever plus a number of side projects to make the largest musical rabbit warren ever.
Having a ball watching your induction into the Ronnie universe. Like the ‘I’m not a vampire ‘ versions this is like the teenage version and then the adult version. Ronnie and his audience grew up!

Or his song Alone bc that song was his first attempt at mixing rock, scream'o and rap together. Even Ronnie admits the lyrics are little cringey, it's still a great song. You can definitely see his vision for where he wanted to take his future music ❤
A talented band with a tormentent frontman Radke, who is the post-hardcore bad boy. This performance conveys a lot drama, angst and aggression - Radke's selfportrait? Nice track, I quite enjoued it.
