After 4 and a half years of use my Patagonia Foot Tractors failed...so I thought it was time to do a gear review. These boots came with me on many adventures, kept me safe by assuring good traction, I never got a blister, never twisted an ankle, just had very tired legs because of how heavy they are and they didn't last as long as a $600+ boot should in my opinion.
Pros - Traction, Gravel Guard Ring Location, and Lace Quality
Cons - Price, Mass, Durability

Are those the old design of the Foot Tracker, those don't look like the Danner design that has been out since 2019.

Very True! I’m pretty frugal when it comes to my purchases for fly fishing and I thought I was making an investment in my long term boots but I was mistaken.
