Alcaraz went from being a toothpick to being a grand slam champion buff chad
In such a short time too!!
@@robinsoncruise2228 you wont say that once you see novak take his shirt off
"Chicken and broccoli" diet does wonders!
Steroids?
@@TKae421 Absolutely. Only these type of products do wonders in around 6 months. Naturally speaking, a tennis player needs several and continuous years of hard work to gain like 5 to 8 kg of muscle. For example, Murray's transformation seems to be more "natural" (may be it's not but it looks more natural) as it took years.
Jack Draper is another - over just a few months he bulked up so much
Also djokovic, doesnât necessarily look more muscular but heâs clearly more elegant and durable on the court than before 2011
@@darsh7164 no, Djokovic isnât in everything bro he has barely changed his physique
@@duncan3932 yeah but anything is better than how he looked in 2008 đ
Dude! Verdasco is a hulk. I still recall him bending his racket in half at one of the AO. I was like - uhh? Yikes! Definitely don't want to get into a physical altercation with him.
To be at high level, they must put a lot effort in making their body super strong.
Coric is also a beast, I ve seen workout sessions of him and they are just insane..
coric has exploded in the last year, makes me wonder. i do love him though but just wonder about growth hormone use.
@@mkader2494 I'm certain that like other professional athletes, they are constantly tested for illegal substances. Not sure why people think a great physique requires hormones and steroids.
big fan of your videos !
Alcaraz is the biggest transformation
and got injured too often at 19.
@@JeanP101 true and don't forget Sinner too
â@@JeanP101 I think that was from playing too much tennis not too much training.
@@JeanP101 Steroids for recovery from injury and BOOM! Same as another Spanish tennis player. Those who know... Know
@@federicotown8052 Sinner is still skinny
LOL! Two of the greatest players to ever play the game weren't mentioned! Novak & Fed. They transformed their bodies as well !
this is so true, During recent Novak practices his muscles seem to have gain much more mass
Yes but Novakâs muscles are long and lean so they donât look bulky ever. I think thatâs his lasting edge in mobility.
Novak's muscles are "natural", not all the other top players can say so.
@@somebody888 Yes all the other top players muscles have been built by Moderna and the Pfizer Covid19 vaccinations! đđđ
What about Marcus Willis? đđđ
Bro đ
That Coke and Mars bar diet đ„”đ„”
It's funny how edited the caption is đ€Ł
Haas has also a crazy physic
Well, that thumbnail piqued my interest, I'm not gonna lie.
You can say that about all the players on the tour, they all gets bigger lol
THANK YOU FOR THIS!
Well that's a one category Djoko isn't involved đ
00:12 That ball is my face.
đđđ€Łđ€Ł
How about Djokoâs legs?
Take a look at Alcaraz legs before đ€Ł
Kyrgios has to have had the biggest transformation out of all these players, tho.
Nick doesn't have a great body đïž
Nick looks like a hunched over 65 yo man!
Lol. NICKS legs are tooth pics. No calves. He lost weight. Gained no muscle
Nick has never been a great athlete, but by nature he has always had insane strength, and he is quite big
@@user-vh2eb2tn6u Wrong . He's a natural great athlete .
I mean youâre comparing most these guys from when they were 15-16 to when theyâre 19-20+âŠ.pretty normal for any male even without the work and peds to put on a decent amount of size in those 3-5years just naturally
my point exactly.. :)
We're talking about less than a year transformations (at 18) with Alcaraz, Nadal and may be some others. Not 3-5 years during their twenties, which makes people question that.
@@somebody888 theyâre all on some sort of gear no doubtâŠbut theyâre not talking about less than a year with Alcaraz and NadalâŠthey said 15-18 for Alcaraz (showed â16â on the screen) and 2003-2005 for RafaâŠmy own body from 16-18 changed dramatically with only a bit of gym not really knowing what I was doing, I can only imagine the change if I had the support these guys haveâŠregardless, theyâre on gear no question đ
@@YehShano Alcaraz's transformation happened between june 2021 and january 2022. I remember very well photos of him before and after (some still available on the web). The problem with his transformation is that tennis is "Cardio" sport and cardio is the enemy of building muscle. You can not naturally play tennis 4 to 8 hours almost everyday and gain 8 to 12 kg of muscles in 6 months. For me it is scientifically impossible.
I think we have to also just say that anyone, whether they're a pro tennis player or not, fills out a lot as you move out of your teens. Bodies are constantly changing anyway, so these players were always going to look bigger as they got older .
What about Kyrgios from fat to tall guy
Yeah but he didn't gain 10 kg of muscles in 6 to 8 months as did Alcaraz and Nadal for example did.
What about Zverev!!
Should have titled this, teenagers gain strength as they grow up
So much muscle mass is not good for tennis players, because so much weight can cause injuries. I remember at a certain point Rafael Nadal had to lose weight because of this.
Alcaraz has exaggerated a bit and maybe it will bring him problems
Gael Monfils?
You need to keep something in mind. Some people build muscle naturally. I knew a guy that was built like a rock. Iâd ask him about workouts and wrestling? He said âno, no, noâ. None of it. He reads books. Ask Sam Stosur, for example. She is built like that naturally. She did nothing to build mass, it just came. So when you say âmust have worked â, youâre wrong. Others among us will never look ripped. Itâs called natural disposition.
What about Andre Agassi belly?
federerâs left arm
Strenght isn't defined with size
Serena's is the best. It was pretty impressive
You might have forgotten marcos giron
Fuxovix lol
I m not hungarian, but I think it is prounanced like Fuchovich.
Alcaraz biggest transformation
Yeah DECA and Anavar ...
Andre Agassi is much more interesting; he was skinny then chubby then the fittest guy out there much more interesting than youth skinny to fit right?
Well of course there are going to be massive transformations when comparing pre-pubescent teenage bodies with once they've developed fully. Plus, they are athletes so it's expected, some more than others . . .
only considering the body waist up is bizarre folks
The funny thing is that the 3 Greatest player that have ver played this sport. Are not so jacked. And still they are the greatest... đ
Yo the thumbnail is so photoshopped though
Looks like a photoshop thumbnail. Left arm totally whack
Where is wawrinka?
mine
lots of human growth hormones here
2012 murray was strong af, i remember him against federer in 2010 and he was not strong at all
I find tsitsipas
You forgot Devon Larratt đ
At least he doesn't hide taking some products. Honesty is priceless in this world.
@@somebody888 Only pancakes đ.
The cover thumbnail of Alcaraz is photoshopped and fake. Smh
Andrey Rublev needs to gain more muscle in order to reach the next level. Great talent, but needs to bulk up.
Tbh I think thatâs just his natural build, he was somehow even thinner a few years ago
It always boggles my mind why don't Tennis players lift heavy weights. It will help with power and fatigue
Sinner needs to improve his physique to avoid injuries
This can be a video dedicated to the famous and "cute" Rafa haters who continuously accuse him of doping without any concrete proof... Look at all these guys from the video and the way they improved their physique between 14-18 years old. It's just a natural puberty-adolescence transition. It's called working out and taking care of your body to increase your fitness level. If Rafa or anyone else had doped, how could you explain he still looks THE SAME as 15 years ago? He's still fit, he has an incredible body for a tennis player and he's also masculine, nothing fishy with that. :D
Sadly i think Carlos will be always stop by injuries.... It's one thing to be good and another to play and win and win and win....the body can't stand this torture very long....
those spanish vitamins must be absolutely legal.
@@patricksweeney5308 spot on. They simply cause hair loss
@@patricksweeney5308 roid rage ?. You are a clown bro . Wanna talk about other actual side effects
Yeah just hard work and eating well...lolololol.
Just can say that Rafaâs đ doesnât have comparison.
Letâs be brutally honest here⊠does anyone believe steroids donât play a role in these transformations? đ
Does anybody believe professional athletes aren't constantly tested for illegal substances.
Could you cover a video about the theories of tennis players being roids like Alcaraz and Nadal, seems out there but pretty plausible for their levels of fitness.
Seriously đ- These guys get tested all the time. Did it ever occur to you that they have the best trainers, dieticians, and therapists? Come up with something worthwhile instead of the same tired tropes.
Well remember the highest lvl athletes have the best doctors and dietitians so what isnât easily attainable for us normos is easier for them. Also really hard to cheat in tennis and get away with it
@@patricksweeney5308 roid side effects look it up
No because that would turn this channel from a good unbiassed credible channel to a crazy conspiracy theorist nutjob channel
ATP needs super stars which is vital for the business. That is the main reason why they let people like Nadal and now Alcaraz take an insane amount of products and not even try to hide their body transformations. As if the ATP's business model is relying on Marvel players to keep on attracting more and more audience.
Alcaraz is sus as F. lol
This man giving the female, & Bi/Gay audience all the fucking eye candy in the world xD BUT, it is hella interesting to see those changes in their body and muscle mass compared to younger years. Fucking ALCARAZ hit that body type in 2 years, and i'm pretty sure it was similar caliber of body when he was 17 turning 18.
If Alcaraz can pull that body transformation into a GIGA CHAD, any one of us can fucking do it. Shit, that's all the motivation I need to start working out again and fixing up bad habits.
Alcaraz looked like the Hulk before his ab injury, unnatural for a kid. Now after not playing and probably not being able to pump whatever due to injury, In just a few months he looks like he lost a lot of muscle, hmmmmâŠ..
This video is totally dishonest. The thumbnail is ridiculous .
Yes, can confirm that roids work.
..every boy becomes a man...so what..
Alcaraz a bit too much and a bit too fast. His transformation has been the craziest because it happened in less than twelve months actually.
I don't know, there's something extreme and unnatural.
Nice steroids bruh
Poor djokovic đ he never transformed guy is same for 20 years
Thatâs bc he doesnât need to be buff his leanness helps him slide and be flexible
