    Great video! Just in the future weld the inside first and you need to have pipe thickness + 1/8 of weld.

      Hi. What is the maximum allowable gap between pipe and the flange? And, what is the " pipe thickness + 1/8 of weld"? Thanks

      For pipe that size go with 1/2" ....he welded the inside wrong too flat ...also we normally put 2 or 3 stringers on back

    It would be excellent to download a video teacher where step by step detail how to draw interferences to different degrees but in the same tube. since it would help many of the beginners in this branch

    seria excelente que bajara maestro un vídeo donde detalle paso a paso como se traza intercciones a diferentes grados pero en el mismo tubo . ya que me ayudaría a muchos de los principiantes en esta rama

    Perhaps after tack up use 5/32 size rod and weld one good size bead for production. Save time.

      I was thinking the same. Just did 12” nozzle on some thin pipe. We are not allowed to use 7018 only 6010.
