Delicious dirty rice recipe

This is a delicious dirty rice recipe, it’s not the conventional method but I switch it up by adding some yellow rice, it really delicious and worth the try. Don’t eat pork? No problem, add any protein that you eat
Ingredients used:
Diced pork seasoned with:
Chopped garlic
Minced ginger
jerk marinate
Jerk seasoning
Crushed pimento seeds
Holy trinity (chopped bell peppers, celery & onions)
Meat sauce (optional)
YELLOW RICE:
2 cups parboiled rice
1 tsp curry mixed with tumeric
Salt
2 1/2 cups water
Butter
Thyme
