In this video I will test SK Rifle Match , 22 long rifle rimfire ammunition to see how well this ammo performs in my CZ 457 LRP. I have installed a flat blade Timney CZ 457 precision Trigger.
The test will be compressed of 40 shots in total all fired from the prone at 50 yards. I will be recording shot data including (SD, ES, Highest, and lowest velocities, as well as the average velocity) of the ammunition tested. every test begins with 20 fouling shots from a clean barrel bore, followed by 4 - 5 shot groups

Good video as always. Got my Arken EP5 in the other day and I’m waiting on rings now! Hope to get it out next weekend to sight in and test my lots of SK standard, rifle match and long range match 😊
Awesome I hear great things about the ep5 I have SH4 and it does very good for the price point for sure. In Canada it cost me almost $800 though I wish I could get the US price for them I would put them on more of my rifles for sure
Enjoyed the video as always Ryan, got my barrel issue sorted out, ended up exchanging the LRP for the MDT and it shoots very well, and no ragged chamber 👍

Sk always performs in the CZ and it doesn’t break the bank
Good luck with getting SK long range. SK is made in Schönebeck (Elbe) in Germany. I live in Germany, and I've had it on order since January.

@@BROTUNED one i dont think you've tried yet? is Eley Contact. i just came back form the range and got a few 0.3's. good ammo and i can buy it local for 149.00 a brick.
I have a couple bricks of that stuff got it a while back but yeah definitely hard to find these days
My 457 Varmint loves SK Rifle Match. Shoots low .2s at 50 yds. Best addition was the Harrell's Tuner. That addition made it Lot insensitive. I have 8 Lots that all shoot the same now.

Thanks for the video. Instead of using the calipers to set your 1" in BallisticX, you might try changing the percentage of your printer to enlarge the print to 1" squares.
Ya mi printer was set different so I just measured for these videos from now on I make sure the 1” in is accurate at 1”
my cz 457 likes SK rifle match also. I tried 5 different lot numbers and found one that shoots in .2 on a regular basics.

CCI Stinger is the best. Absolutely power!
I think aguila interceptor beats cci stingers aguila 40 grain @1550 fps vs cci 32 grain @ 1620
I shoot SK Match in a CZ 457 mtr 20", and I get the same accuracy out to 100 meters, under 0.5 moa. I sort my ammo by weight, and I shoot on a range that is protected from the wind by berms.

Very enjoyable video and nice shooting.Question please.Your 457 seems to have zero to very little feeding issues with the factory barrel whereas when you swap over to the IBi barrel, you seem to have more feeding issues.Is this correct? Thank you.
The ibi has a tighter chamber I believe and some ammo doesn’t fit it properly but it is a much better barrel with the right ammo. And it needs cleaning a bit more often

Hey Bud Ive bee Awall for abit when did You pull out the ibi barrel?
I took it off a couple months ago to do some testing for CZcams with the factory barrel but I think it’s going back on soon I miss the quality and better precision it gives
Be interesting to see the difference between Eley match as this is the equivalent in my opinion.

Any thoughts about feeding the rounds singly instead of out of the magazine? I would think that there would be more bullet shaving and potential damage to the round from magazine loading and feeding.
I think it would be a pain in the ass to do it but maybe be worth the try

A difference of 4 MPH wind at 90* will change impact about .5" at 50 yards.
The wind is basically always at 90* I might have to try turning my range 90* at either shoot into or against the wind
That stuff shoots lights out in my Cz 457 LRP. Have only tested it 50 yards yet.

It’s the timney trigger with the flat trigger. It’s a one stage and I believe there is only the flat or regular contour trigger. I prefer the flat trigger shoe myself
