There's a very dangerous virus on that job site the rioters were trying to avoid. One of the key symptoms is a conscious effort to develop a work ethic.

I think one way to stop (or at least cut down) on the riots is impound the busses that carry these imbeciles to the riot area.
I’m sure “crossing a State line with the intention to do harm” could be used as a reason. Then we may see how easy it is for the bus companies to refuse to take a charter they deem ‘dangerous’. Busses are Federally regulated and there are many other reasons unsafe trips can be cancelled, specially after the deed is done and they are ready for the trip back. I do construction as a proud union carpenter and have been in smoke stacks hundreds of feet up building scaffold, worked on a dam, schools, hospital buildings, edges of roofs, walked/climbed steel beams, etc...
