Yes. He's guilty. As an attorney, I hate to say it, but whether or not he goes down as a co-conspirator will likely depend on how iHeart Media treats him as an employee. If they go to bat for him, he's likely to either be treated as a witness, or a subject of the investigation but not the target.
If iHeart Media says, they're placing him on leave or something like that, it's likely that he will be the target of the investigation as the feds like to catch the biggest fish possible.

It's always funny how people forget what they post on the Internet. If he didn't get any money then how does he explain the video of him IN Ceasar Pina 's office with a handful of checks he (in his own voice) says came from properties they flipped! And then asks another guy in the room how many properties he has then says the guy is trying to get more than him.

This isn’t the only scam in town, if you’ve noticed the “HELOC” commercials being pushed, asking people to tap into their EQUITY, that’s a big scam too.
More than 50% of ppl tapping into their equity are Our People who’ve built this equity over TIME.
Once people tap into this equity that 9-15 interest plus ppl who do this usually invest in something stupid and your HOME hangs in the balance.
They usually think they can flip a house and make QUICK money and it doesn’t pan always pan out.
Lots of my Friends Africans/Black Americans, Africans And Caribbeans, talk to me about their plans and I try to talk them out of it BUT, it’s like I’m HATING.
You don’t roll the dice with such amounts of money in a field where you are not a Blackbelt Or have actually shadowed a Blackbelt.
