    Yeah, this is a great exercise, the W-position. I love it and lying on the floor it's really challenging. I also do this with a variation. I stop the ellbows on the half way down, bend my ellbows while trying to touch with my fingertips the neck (similar to neck pull) and not to move the upper arm or the shoulders. No tricks! 😁 This is a great challenge for the triceps and the neck muscles allowing you "to grow", to pull the ears away from the shoulders.
