    Congratulations on a big win against a future star! I really appreciate your cerebral approach to the game, and found your drills on the down-the-line backhand really helpful. Keep up the great work - you have the highest quality TT content out there. In particular, I love the "Tips No One Tells You" series, and look forward to the next installment of that.

      Thank you very much! I will keep uploading my ideas and matches as well as another tips no one tells you, I just have to figure out how to gather all the information into a cohesive understandable video. Thanks again! 🙏

    Hey seth! I saw you at this tournament and now i found your channel. I’ve reached 2100 now and your tips in your videos helped me a lot. I actually played Andrew too in this tournament and I got destroyed. Glad I have found your channel.

    Very nice channel. Appreciate the work you put into making these videos and explaining them as well as you do. Can you please make a video on your body maintenance in terms of how you keep yourself from injuries what you focus on in the gym (if you go) etc.
    P.S love those tree trunk legs :)

    • @PechPongTT
      @PechPongTT  Před 2 lety +2

      Thank you glad you enjoy the channel, yes I think I can make a video about how to take care of the body with all the practice and training I do. I know that I have had to incorporate stretching after practice as well as throwing some ice packs on my knees in order to keep up with my practice schedule. I work hard in the gym and I feel that keeps the body from breaking down as easy when practicing a lot. I also do not do running long distance, instead I bike because my knees are already taking beating. hope that helps !

    Awesome video!
    In this & other videos you've mentioned wanting to strengthen your backhand. Do you have an opinion on the chop-block technique (e.g. Ma Long), perhaps as a way to discourage opponents from playing those backhand-backhand rallies? Or is that not a stroke you find that suits your game? I'd love to know your opinion on the stroke & how it might play out at your level of play!
    I really love the way you approach the game & how you discuss your matches! Keep up the great work, and good luck!

    • @PechPongTT
      @PechPongTT  Před 2 lety

      Hi, I have done the chopblock in the past I would say I am currently only comfortable with using it when the opponent does a slow spiny loop, this would be a way to discourage them from playing so much to the backhand though.

    I really like your style, one thing to mention, if you can bring your defensive side of your game close to your attacking side, you will cause serious troubles to any opponent and win way easier, you're a hard worker and you have got all the tools, this is your next level, all the best 👌

    • @PechPongTT

      Thank you very much! I will keep working on the defensive side, I’ve been studying block placements as well as offensive players defensive strategies. Thanks for the positive feedback 📈💪

    • @PechPongTT
      @PechPongTT  Před 2 lety +5

      Hi that is a great idea 💡 I think I should do a full tutorial on the backhand flip and what it takes to be able to do it with all the variations the opponent can do good thinking 👍👍😁

    • @PechPongTT
      @PechPongTT  Před 2 lety

      Glad you liked it, I go for the counter attack when I make a great lob and I see that they are not focusing on me and trying to make good contact with the ball.

    Hi Seth, I enjoy your game, and it seems that you are improving all the time. Why not considering to be brave with your opening BH loop and trying to take it to the next level? It seems that your open BH loop is used only to pass the ball , but for sure you can do some damage with it, you have the ability and talent!

      I was going to mention that but then I looked down the line and saw this.
      Assuming the kid is of Chinese origin, then his last name "Cao" is not pronounced "kao". It's more like "Tsao" with second tone: rising, start from a lower pitch and end at a slightly higher pitch.
