It’s good that you feel bad about what you did to that guy when you were 20. But you should do the right thing, call him up and apologize to him. You probably gave him a lifelong complex about not being good enough that he’s going to carry forward with him into every relationship for the rest of his life. You didn’t just hurt him, you’ve potentially caused hurt to every future woman who meets him because of your lack of maturity. What you did was shitty. You might have been young. You might have not have known better. And you might have your own issues regarding processing your emotions. But the blunt fact of the matter is that what you did was wrong, and that guy deserves to at least know it wasn’t his fault.
