More insight on the DOOMiverse: It's connected to Wolfenstein as you stated, and ID Software has stated themselves that Doomguy is the great (add more greats) grandson of Commander Keen, who was also the Great Grandson of BJ, BUT then comes QUAKE's involvement. Doomguy was initially supposed to be the one taking on the Strogg, but since he knocked out his commanding officer, he ended up in the mars/hell saga, leaving Ranger to do all of the side-stuff, so it's confirmed that those universes are connected, and it gets even deeper than that when you get into Heretic and the others, which exist in sub-dimensions of QUAKE's verse, which is a just a slice of the IDverse.

another paraverse reference in Destiny 2, MIDA Multi-Tool. An exotic scout rifle, a few lines in the lore tab states, "The rifle was designed by a primitive AI and manufactured for use by a 'revolutionary government' named MIDA" and "I gave Lakshmi the weapon for her sake. She insinuate that it came from another timeline, perhaps through Golden Age experiments."

For Kingdom Hearts, every FF character is disconnected from their main line counterparts and completely different versions. the ONLY FF character to seemingly be the same as the main game is Auron from FFX.
SPOILER FOR FFX:
in FFX its revealed that Auron is unsent (someone dead but not passed onto the afterlife). at the end Auron is finally able to pass on thanks to Yuna. In KH2 Auron is brought back to life by Hades in attempts to use him to kill Hercules. unlike the other FF characters, Auron makes direct references to the events of FFX and later in the game we get a glimps of Auron memories in the form of voice lines. These voice clips are directly taken from FFX. These audio clips are from the moment in the past where Auron is pleading to lord Braska to not sacrifice himself.
ok i was getting frustrated that they couldn't understand that these are just versions of the FF characters but not the actual ones, although this now is throwing me off because i never played ffx. that's so interesting and cool that they had the actual voice lines. but isn't Yuna a fairy in KH2?? meaning Hades technically brought Auron from the FFX universe...
My personal theory is that all other FF characters forgot their home worlds because of the events of another FF crossover, Dissidia Final Fantasy - there they're pitted against each other by the forces of order and chaos, and their memories are wiped between each iteration of the battle. The fact that most of them ended up in the Traverse Town, the place for characters without a home to return with, is an important clue to that. The only hanging thread is how did Tidus and Yuna manage to de-age in the interim.
Smash is possibly canon in Kid Icarus because the events of the subspace emissary are referenced by Pit and Palutena when you use the golden bow
And although in Smash the characters are only toys, that does not detract from the validity of the theory since in Kid Icarus several times the 4th wall is broken saying that it is a video game (Hades introduces himself after destroying the end credits of the game only to reveal that he is the real villain)
I really wish Rockstar gave Manhunt more attention, when they added a bunch of the masks from the game to gta 5 I had hope 😭
For the Elden Ring part, you actually used footage from the Flame of Frenzy ending twice. Melina showing up is just the second half of the FF ending. The Death ending just looks grey.
There is one that i didnt see that is fairly new and really odd, the yakuza games have with the newest entry been confirmed to happen in the same universe as the shenmue games.

Assassins Creed and Watch Dogs are set in the same universe to my knowledge. Abstergo (the ones who make the Animus) exist in the Watch Dogs universe and (spoiler alert) you are tasked with assassinating the CEO in one of the games. However, Ubisoft is also a real company in Watch Dogs. Meaning Rainbow Six, Splinter Cell, and Ghost Recon are fictional games set in the same universe of a fictional universe in Watch Dogs. While the Rabbids and Rayman, among other Ubisoft games are fictional games in the universe.

you also forgot to mention how the mission where you find bigfoot in GTA ties into a cutscene where you find the same exact bigfoot in red dead, which would at least make those 2 places somewhat close i’d have to assume, which confirms that the games are in the same universe.

I have heard the theory that Red Dead and LA Noir are fictional pieces that people in the GTA Universe (not sure all of them or just the HD version) consume. Books (like you pointed out) tv shows, and movies. Kind of how the Incredibles are a comic/movie series in the Pixar Universe.
Every game/story with a narrative framing device that abducts characters from the real world is connected. (As long as it doesn't then create alternate-futures.)
So Elder Scrolls, Lord of the Rings, and NOX, are all in the same shared universe.
Along with Harry Potter and the Chronicles of Narnia.

the bungie universe and the alan wake universe are fascinating! although as the video went on, i felt that there were some sections that just felt like it was reaching. there are many gaming cross overs like mario & sonic and kingdom hearts, where a game is created around a shared universe of two IPs. it doesnt mean that we have to justify exactly why it's happening or where in the timeline it has to fit. in the case of FF and KH, Cloud just happens to exist in FF7 and KH. though similar, it doesn't mean it's the same Cloud. not everyone is universe hopping.
The Tom Clancy games are all connected and The Division logo can be found as patches/charms in some of the newer games
I remember Kane & Lynch 2 being the really edgy ass sequel with the blurry glitchy camera and various film effects that would cause me motion sickness. It's like the devs wanted you to feel like you were playing through a really ridiculous snuff film when Manhunt had already done that better. Idk who even asked for a sequel to that game...

Kh multiversus lore is easiest to understand as a big bang like a thing that made these worlds happen and you can travel back to that point but not further so every world can be mixed but not their original versios
a little tidbit for the tom clancy universe, all the books he wrote iirc are all based in the same universe minus division which was after his passing so that game isnt really connected at all to his universe even though it bares the clancy name,
the fact one of the books about rainbow six being formed and why the counter terror force was formed is pretty interesting read highly recommend his books,
same for the splintercell books, and the hunt for the red october not sure if that is connected to the clancy universe or not either way
i dont think division is actually a part of the universe i believe it is its own thing due to lack of government involvement(ghost rainbow and 3rd echelon are government operated iirc not independent which explains their lack of presents in new york and seattle)
One shared universe i remember was the Saints Row(pre reboot) and Red Faction. It had to do with Ultor being a mega corp.

For those who argue between 343 Industries and Bungie.
Bungie and 343 are two sides of the coin regarding what is ruined/dismissed and what was good.
Bungie was tough on the extended lore. Essentially being the last say of anything lore related. Bungie mainly created great/memorable games.
343 Industries did the opposite, ruining the games, but allowed of a MASSIVE lore expansion. A perfect example would be the story that’s created huge tension leading up to Halo 5 vs the story we got for the release of Halo 5. If you don’t know, definitely look it up.

I think the series was good fs through 3. Then 4 wasn't great but it could have been a good jumping off point.... Then came 5... Then the launch of infinite.... 343i made outside media a necessity... Then they started jumping in time.... And Cortana having logic plague was a dropped ball uh.... 343 showed some potential in 4, but ultimately failed
