  • World leaders have warned the world is on the brink of war. But US strategists call for more wars. They call on Europe to fight harder against Russia, and debate how the US can wage war against China to protect American interests. Gideon Rachman and the Financial Times say, "America breaks global rules" to defend its freedom. Niall Ferguson says, "When you're in a cold war, you do what you have to do."
Amidst this march for war what is the most important lesson of history and of how the world went to war in 1914?

I am influenced by Andrey Fursov, Russian historian. According to Fursov, Syrian conflict started another 30 year's war.

1914 both the Czar and the Kaiser were weak decision makers, very easy for their professional advisors to convince. Today we have total contrast between the severely dement Biden and the sharp Putin with highly merited ministers, not least Sergei Lavrov foreign minister since 20 years and dipomat since the early 1970s. Tony Blinken has never had a job. He has only been lobbying. And this is typical for ALL western politicians today. No one has any merits and society suffers badly decade after decade under their policies. But, luckily for them, Western voters don't care what they vote for, so they get re-elected.

What exactly is an educated Australian accent? And how is it different from the uneducated one.
