Canned tuna is definitely healthy to eat and good for you, just not seven cans a day.
Even water can be detrimental to your health if you drink too much of it.

Why do you think cave man people ate only meat? I suspect it was easier for people to eat plants and they must have eaten fruits and vegetables from the start.
yeah, cavemen actually ate almost exclusively plants. evidence for this is the fact that out teeth are flat and made for chewing plants, not meat. if we ate mostly meat, our teeth and head would be shaped like a carnivore.
Fish have mercury due to pollution in the air from humans.
Plankton absorb it and thats how it gets into the food chain.
Sardines are vegetarian fish and dont eat plankton , so they actually dont have mercury!

It can kill you if you eat too much of it. Larger fish contain higher levels of mercury. Normally, people don't eat a lot of tuna and it is safe. But if you eat only tuna every day and a lot of it, the tiny amount of mercury accumulates in your body to a point where it causes harm to your body.
Moderation is key in everything you do.

Melina and lydia , I told her about eating tuna fish all the time. that it is not good to eat all the time, I told her to go out and buy groceries. other things than tuna fish, but she doesn't listen to anything you say. she just does the opposite of what you tell her to do. that's why I think she's very immature. she doesn't care anything about her health and her safety. she just thinks her decisions are the best...🤔😏
