It`s looking good Kevin, just like anything else, it`s all about the prep work. You will have to be careful moving heavy appliances around on it, because it will scrape off if you are dragging a washer across it, the old lift and set in place, it looks nice and clean, well done.

To save yourself some $$$... I recommend getting one of those hybrid water heaters, since you don't seem to have the radiant floor on a separate heating source. (Hybrid heaters are a cross between a heat pump and water heater)

Yea, The HD has a generic concrete cleaner and etch for more than half the price you paid. I saw the Rustoleum brand and they wanted $20 for a gallon what a rip off

According to the product Specifications 1 gallon covers 500 square feet.
